I only gave them one star because that was the lowest ranking I could give.
Ive ordered from this location About 5 times. And every time I do the service is worse and worse. 1st bad experience I had I was living in Royal Dutch villa. I ordered a pizza for me and my daughter. the pizza never showed up so I got in my car an hour and a 1/2 after ordering the pizza I because I could not get anyone on the phone. this all happened around 6:00 p.m. when i arrived at the location location, The manager asked me several times if I was sure that I had not received the pizza. He finally looked up my order and and told me that the driver they had was new so she may have got lost. Then he went about calling the driver who said she had delivered the pizza To the upstairs apartment. I lived on the bottom floor. After that 1st bad experience I Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But things just got worse from there.
My 2nd experience I had moved Tibet Avenue So I figured this experience might be different. On this particular occasionI waited 2 hours for my order And when it arrived everything was cold and the drinks were incorrect.
My last bad experience came about 2 weeks ago.. Ordered a pizza for my daughter and put my daughter and pasta for myself. It was already about 6:58 p.m. at this time On a Friday night. I waited 2 and a 1/2 hours and When I got to the location there was already a customer waiting for her order that was over 2 hours late. About 3 minutes later a 3rd customer came in looking for her order And then a few minutes after that a 4th customer came in with her daughter looking for her order. We all got to talk and realize that all of our orders were over 2 hours late. The manager on duty treated us like we were a joke. He kept trying to tell us tell us that they were shorthanded and it and we should not be upset. Normally I would agree with him but when we walked in everybody was standing around looking at the screens not making anything. They went to each customer After telling us that that "there is a shortage of pizza shop workers in the state and it was all on the news". I had no idea why the 2nd guy was going through this long explanation instead of finding out where our orders were. Eventually we were given the option of waiting for them to fix out orders Or Getting a refund. I asked if my order had then started and the manager told me he could not say. After waiting nearly 3 hours and then being told that they did not even know if my order had been started i chose the refund. I'm normally not the type who leaves her views but I feel like Someone needs to look into what's going on at this location. Regardless of what changes are made I will not be ordering from them again. I am a single mother and every time I order from these guys it's usually because I am getting off work or from school and my child is hungry. I don't have the energy to order A pizza and then have to Chase it Down. I have been very vocal about my dislike of this situationTo all my family members...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy first time ordering from this location was bad. I always order online by the way. I ordered a medium two topping pizza, 8 piece mild wings, and garlic twist. I added an extra marinara, garlic sauce, and ranch. It took two hours to get my Food. I called the location to ask about the location of the driver and they couldn't tell me plus he sounded like he was aggravated on the phone. She forgot my ranch, and the driver went to the dumpster with my food to throw something away. The driver looked like she was high off some type drug! Now I said I'm gonna give them one more try, so I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich, garlic twist, wings, and a marinara bowl. I took the sausage off the marinara bowl but online didn't have the option to add hamburger instead. I called the location and Same guy answers the phone sounded aggravated again. I asked him could he add the hamburger because it didn't give me the option to add online. He said I would have to reorder after I told him online wouldn't let me select the option. Then he tells me that he doesn't know anything about online ordering. Today I order 7:05 and there still not here!!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGet your pizza anywhere else. Tonight was the second time this store has botched things up. Last time I received a pizza that was obviously dropped before it was delivered. Called the store and was offered credit towards my next order. Wanted the pizza that night not some other night. Tonight the tracker clicked over as delivered so we went to the front porch to get the pizza and no pizza was there. Called the store and was told that the driver was out with the order with no explanation to why the tracker said it was delivered or even an offer to call the driver to check on why this happened. Also spoke to assistant manager who was rude as well and parroted his employee and then hung up on me. 20 minutes later Luke warm pizza arrived and was made wrong. On one of the pizzas they used a white sauce of some sort instead of the tomato sauce that was ordered. Called the store again and was offered credit for a free pizza on my next order. How does that solve my dinner problem tonight? Person on the phone was rude and would not offer anything acceptable and only wanted to put me on with the same assistant manager who had hung up...
