KFC — Restaurant in Savannah

Savannah KFC, I do not know what sick game you are trying to play but I am sick and tired of it. For the past eight months of living in Savannah, I have ordered food from this establishment a number of times. Every single time, without fail, my delivered order is missing one key item: honey mustard. You see, I have ordered from this KFC on both DoorDash AND Uber eats, just to have the same results (no honey mustard) and occasionally an incorrect drink. I am quite an understanding person and if my drink is replaced I am to believe they are simply out of Mountain Dew: Sweet Lightening (the only tolerable drink at this restaurant) which is understandable. What is NOT understandable is my lack of honey mustard. After the first two pathetic, mustardless orders, I simply assumed the drivers wanted my honey mustard for their own personal use, but I quickly realized it was the fault of this here fast food establishment. On my second to last KFC order, I decided to conduct an experiment to see if I am just unlucky or if they are just severely lacking in honey mustard. I ordered $5:00 worth of KFC honey mustard sauce cups (roughly 15 honey mustards in case you were wondering, which you probably were because you do not have any honey mustard to count) and upon receiving my order, I realize there are no honey mustards. Not even the ESSENCE of a honey mustard. If someone in the Kentucky Fried Chicken kitchen even did so much as to say the words "honey mustard" It would not have been in front of this meal. That's how severely lacking in honey mustard my meal was. Because I am a kind, compassionate person, I have decided to give this KFC one more chance. As you may have assumed, I am sitting in front of my Original Chicken Sandwich Big Box meal with 5 piece nuggets and original recipe fries, complete with NO. HONEY. MUSTARD. I am absolutely sick of this psychological warfare you are playing with me. If there is no honey mustard within a 100 foot radius of this restaurant, please take it off the god forsaken door dash and/or...

I pulled up and 2 employees were outside smoking a cigarette. I walked in and 2 was sitting in the lobby one of the employees proceeded to ask me if I had a delivery order I told him no I wanted to place. He told me they were closed for 30 minutes. I was okay with that. Maybe there is technical issues and staff is using that Time to take a break .

As I was getting in my car the employer came out and said they were open. That was nice of him, I thought. He could've just let me leave.. As I was ordering at the front counter 2 employees kept. going back and forth. You can tell they do not like each other. The manager(I assume) kept trying to Simmer the situation. I ignored it. I know you can't control staff all the time.. they were friendly to me even if not to each other.

I get home and my chicken Littles had mayo and I asked for none.. my fries were freezing cold and very greasy. My chicken was cold and the skin hard. If they have been closed for 30 minutes I should have received fresh food right?

I give them 2 stars you could tell they're trying to have good customer service. But the food was terrible. If the food would have been hot and fresh , everything else could have...

It was the most embarrassing experience in my life and I can Never return... I won a 20 dollar bill from a scratch off, it was slightly torn, but I thought nothing of it...I stop into this location and everything was fine til I gave the torn 20 for payment...deejay took over and made a big deal about saying my money was fake, never gave it back-even though she tested it and rallied other workers over to continue the embarrassing... When my order was done, she slammed my order on another counter...I paid for my order with other money, a 10... I feel like I've been stripped of 20 because it wasn't new...I never want to be subjected to such discourtesy again. Anyone visiting this location and you are different looking or sounding...beware.. It really hurt to be treated that way...smh Shame on you deejay...shame... The cashier who handled my order was at least fair enough not...
