Starbucks — Restaurant in Savannah

Horrible customer service. Register person just complained about the customer in front of us to the other employee. All that customer did was ask if the coffee she was getting was Medium roast as she was pouring it out of the Dark roast container. When I got up there I asked the same as I wanted medium. She snapped at me that it was. Didn't offer a receipt and no name badge so I can't say her name. Very tall and big. Long braided hair. Never going in there again because of her. Will just go across the the Starbucks store...

My friend and I both ordered a venti coffee (same one) and we received each drink 3/4 of the way full. When we asked why he said, “how else would like for me to make it.
