Two Tides Crispi — Restaurant in Savannah

Title: Mediocre Burgers, Disappointing Service

We recently tried Crispi in Savannah, GA, hoping to enjoy a good meal to complement our visit to the wonderful Two Tides Brewery nearby. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming.

The smash burgers were mediocre at best; they were cooked extremely well done, which dried them out and lacked that juicy flavor you'd expect from a quality burger. Quite disappointing since we were really looking forward to a good, hearty meal.

What truly sealed the 3-star rating was the lackluster customer service from the gentleman running the food truck. His demeanor was cold and unapproachable, providing the bare minimum in terms of conversation. If it weren't for his essential words to complete the transaction, you'd think he might be a statue. His lack of friendliness significantly dampened the overall experience.

It's unfortunate because the adjacent brewery, Two Tides, is fantastic and full of life. If Crispi could improve both their food quality and customer interaction, it would make for a much more enjoyable and...

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Affordable and super tasty. It was saucy, cheesy, with a nice healthy serving of grilled onions (I asked for extra) 🥰

My friend and I came here after a night of bingo and we spotted this food truck across the street. Long story short, if you ever see these two, just know you're going to laugh and have a great time...Literally! With good drinks and a burger right after, you can never go wrong. Go check them out!

If you like beer you’d love it here.The staff was amzing and friendly especially to me being naive with all the many beer brands and the specific ingredients,aromas ,hints and flavor. Very well priced menu,pristine clean counter and awesome balcony through a huge glass door/window.

Ordered for a double crispy burger was great,pickles,glazed onions,butter grilled buns ,patty was great quality beef. They however are not able to do french fries due to their grill setup being limited. The chef offered me potatoe chips to go with.
