This matter is about the rude service, as I do enjoy their ice lattes and believe their coffee are very delicious however, I am not going to go to a business and be disrespected especially one I choose to go EVERYDAY!
Tuesday, September 9th, 2025, between 11:15–11:35 AM at your Savannah location (102 Jim Benton Blvd). I am a regular customer who has been coming EVERYDAY for the past 6 months to get coffee. Today, when I pulled through the drive-through, I initially thought I didn’t have my phone to pay with Apple Pay. To avoid holding up the line, I pulled forward and waited until the car ahead moved so I could leave. While waiting, I found my phone after all. When I reached the window, I politely explained the situation and even asked if I should go back around the drive-through line to place an order or if I could order at the window. The employee at the window reassured me that I could order there and even explained the situation to her coworker so everyone was aware. I ordered, paid, and received my coffee with no issues. However, as I was about to leave, another employee with black hair and glasses came to the window and told me, in a very rude manner, that I should not have ordered at the window. She said it was “hard and inconvenient” for her because she could still hear me through her headset microphone and next Time I needed to order my drink at the Kiosk not at the window. This was unnecessary and disrespectful especially considering there were NO cars behind me, I had asked beforehand if it was okay, and her coworker had already clarified the situation for her. I want to emphasize that I had no issue pulling back around if that had been the preferred process, but I was told it was fine to order at the window. For an employee to then come out and scold me as I am pulling away, as if I had done something wrong, left me feeling unwelcome at a place I choose over closer options (like 7 Brew) specifically because of the normally kind and professional staff. Read moreI’m writing this review out of genuine concern and frustration. I’ve visited Ziggi’s Coffee four times, and on three of those occasions, I noticed something very troubling: days after my visit, the total charge on my card was increased by $1.00, an amount that was not part of my original transaction. It’s as if someone went back into the system to add a tip or alter the total after I had already left and paid.
This is completely unacceptable. Tips should always be optional and customer-authorized, especially for a drive-thru order where no tip was selected or discussed. If you're going to add an automatic gratuity, that needs to be clearly disclosed upfront. Quietly changing the total after the fact without my consent feels like nothing short of theft.
It’s bold, unethical, and has completely destroyed my trust in this business. This isn’t just an oversight, it’s a pattern. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but after noticing this issue again, I will never be returning.
I urge others to check your receipts and bank statements carefully if you choose to go here. And I sincerely hope management addresses this shady practice before more customers are taken...
Read moreI love to stop by as this is the only shop that is not completely out of the way. The food and coffee are always great, but I don't believe they can handle a high volume day. If there is Noone in line, i am in and out. This morning had about 5 cars ahead of me and I've been waiting for about 45 minutes. Drink was incorrect and I watched someone grab my burrito (rawhand after working the window) and throw it on the oven. I then had to listen to employees complain about cutting payroll and that "nobody has to work? People don't have jobs?" "Is it a holiday?" "Why do they keep coming?" Basically we are a huge inconvenience to be there. I told them "yes, we do work but we have been stuck in this line for almost an hour with no way to get out. Literally stuck here." I'm guessing the payroll cut they were talking about has them a little upset this morning, but I shouldn't even know about their payroll... Not a good crew...
