DO NOT GO ! 0 Zero Star if I could put that option!!!! Went today 08/01/25 to get pedicures done for my best friends wedding tomorrow . Both my best friend and I pedicures French came out horrible I had to pay another nail salon immediately after . The place is clean inside but the 2 nail techs we had couldn’t do a simple French . Pedicure was 35 dollars charged extra 10 dollars for French and the quality sucked . I asked to speak to the manager because both workers couldn’t understand English after I tried to tell them the lines were curved and I want square The manager came over and said the white line is messed up because the nail isn’t filed straight I said yes your worker didn’t file it perfectly she fixed my friends nail but still wasn’t right and mines I refused because I was over how a professional place was too busy rushing people to do others when I made a 10:30am appointment and didn’t even let my nails soak was cutting my cuticles on dry feet RED FLAG and even after I complained only said sorry and still charged me for both pedicures $45 each and left there with a half ass job I had to go to another salon to pay for a color change and correct the file job DO NOT GO !! My best friends pinky toe had no pink line barely was missed up the owner didn’t even fix !!! Shame on you ! Lastly the lady sitting next to me her tech had to fix her big toe plain white polish 3 times because you could see the strike marks and the nail tech didn’t understand . I have been going here for quite some time and they do a decent job. I make my next appointment every single time I go for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, so appointments are made 2-3 weeks prior every time. I was there today getting a gel manicure done by Jessica who for the most part does a pretty good job except the past few times because she’s always in a rush, double books herself, and does 2 people at a time. Today she completed my nails and says you can come tomorrow for your pedicure although I had an appointment and my usual pedicure tech wasn’t there, which I was fine with anyone to do them. She took 3 walk ins ahead Of my appointment time and tried to push me off until tomorrow. This is not the first time she has tried to push me off to another nail tech or another day. She is unprofessional, mocks you in your face and rolls her eyes while doing your nails. I brought her several new customers and she has no respect for...

I went to the older lady and she took over 2 hours to give me a gel manicure and pedicure (there was no wait). I appreciate someone trying to be thorough, but after a point it becomes ridiculous. I asked her at 12pm "you'll be done by 12:30pm, right?"(during my gel manicure) she said yeah yeah ...I got out around 12:50pm (arrived around 10:30 and there was no wait).

I was also very annoyed that she said my toes were fine after I asked her to wrap them, and when I got home, of course they were all messed up! Oh well, the weather is cold now, so no one's going to see them anyways. Not going back to get them fixed, nor am I going back ever.
