This location is super close to my house, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Went in to buy sandwiches on a Saturday afternoon and as I placed my 3rd sandwich order I was rudely asked how many I was going to order. I said 2 more, as I was buying lunch for my family, and the manager said he wasn't sure they could fulfill my order. He went to count the bread and said for future "large" orders I needed to do a catering order ahead of time. Tried again around holiday time to get smaller gift cards for gym, music, art, and library teachers. I was informed they wouldn't do gift cards under ten dollars, even though I was buying multiples. (However, another Jimmy John's location had no issue with my request). Third times a charm, right? Asked if I could have the vinegar and oil in a small container as the sandwich was for the next day (didn't want it to get soggy) and I was informed they don't do that. Fast forward to today - needed a twenty dollar gift card and wanted to use a fifty to pay, but was informed they couldn't accept the large bill. I could understand if I was buying a six dollar sandwich, but I didn't need that much change. Needless to say, I'll take my business and to...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I know EXACTLY who Brianna Cisneros is complaining about in her review, as I had the misfortune of dealing with the same employee today. 2 days ago, right before closing, I bought 2 sandwiches at the drive-thru. At home, we discovered that one was the wrong sandwich entirely, and the other one was drowning in mayonnaise to the point of being inedible. Stopped in this morning about it and while they did remake the sandwiches, I was interrogated about why I did not come back immediately, and this lady gave me a piece of her mind about everything that I supposedly did wrong (I did not call, I did not know that they closed at 9:10pm and not 9pm, etc etc). Instead of being apologetic, the lady was incredibly rude and even had the nerve to tell me that the new owner was going to take the cost of my 2 sandwiches out of her wages, which even if true (doubtful), that is a very unprofessional thing to tell a customer. She acted like she was doing me the world's biggest favor by remaking the sandwiches that Jimmy John's messed up. Even her body language was rude, to the point of almost being threatening. I will never visit this...
Read moreMy husband ordered me a totally tuna for lunch today which was very sweet of him. Usually I love this sandwich so I was really happy when it came. I took 2 bites and almost threw up. It was bad. It tasted like it had been sitting out in the sun for hours or something. I want to reiterate that I usually like this sandwich and I love fish. I even like sushi, dried seaweed chips, seaweed salads and all manor of “fishy” flavors. This was overpowering and inedible. I sheepishly texted my husband to let him know so that he could get a refund or replacement but when he called the informed him that they wouldn’t do anything. They said they had made the tuna salad fresh today and no one else had complained. I find that hard to believe but perhaps I just got some that had been left separate from the rest in the sun or on a heater for several hours. I considered going into the restaurant, sitting down at a table and just eating the sandwich which would guarantee I would throw up but that would be unfair to the employees. We order from Jimmy Johns a lot but this will be the last time we ever order from...
