I'm leaving a 5 star because I'm fully aware this franchise overworks their staff. I ordered my pizza after realizing I showed up to my Amazon shift on a night I don't work. Go me! So I waited in my car for my pizza to get done. I watched no less than 5 customers walk in and out with their pizzas for the twenty minutes I was sitting in the parking lot(My pizza did not take that long. I had to reenter my payment info in google pay so it took me a minute). When my pizza was finished(less than ten minutes after I ordered it) I walk in and was surprised to see only one young man in there. I didn't catch his name, dark hair and eyes, looked young maybe in his teens. I glanced in the back but it looked like he was indeed alone. He was very sweet despite me interrupting what it appeared to be him tidying up(I know that can be tough to do when you're having a constant string of customers). He went to the back to pack up my pizza which only further solidified my suspicion of him being alone. He handed it over told me to have a good night and I told him to have one as well. This guy in less than twenty minutes made no less than 6 pizzas by himself, had this store looking cleaner than I've ever seen it and still had a smile on his face. If this guy DOESN'T get a raise, I'll be very upset. He absolutely deserves it. -written at...
Read moreI had a haircut a few shops down so I thought to myself “well that was a pretty awesome haircut... hopefully I can get an awesome pizza now too!”.... But, no.
I entered this Papa John’s and I wanted to just ask if they have anything “ready to go” like some other places. But, I never got the chance. Why? Because I walked in and I was ignored the entire time I stood there. I actually began to wonder if I was invisible. I made sure I could see myself in the window reflection... Nope, not invisible. But wait... maybe this was all just a dream? Pinched myself. Nope, not a dream. This was real. I was standing there alone while I watched a guy stare at his register from about 3 inches away and another guy that would nervously kinda look at me, but then pretend he didn’t see me (hence the earlier invisibility question). It’s not like I am a small person at 6ft4 so that couldn’t be it either. Sigh.
I wish I could give a review of how the food was but I wasn’t ever recognized as a customer and my existence acknowledged. So, off to Rosatis I go, and hopefully this isn’t all just one big nightmare where pizza no...
Read moreWas very nice when taking the order however the shift manager Brian once I called back when I received the wrong order was very rude would not give me his general managers name and all he kept saying was repeated the order back right?? Which I had to correct him twice on and still got it wrong however it is my fault as a paying customer to get the right order. Brian would not give me his bosses name no matter how many times I had to ask. I am in the customer service business and no matter what the customer is right within reason. To get a talked to like a kid with his attitude as if he owned the restaurant himself was just wrong. As a business owner myself I’ve never talked to one of my customers even if they were in the wrong like he did to me. It’s not about the wrong order but it is how you guys talk to people, this should be the biggest part in your business practices. Repeat business is the biggest business. Obviously the person that you guys put in charge as a manager has failed basic business practices. I will be taking my personal along with company business elsewhere based on...
