Wish they would have piercing appointments instead of or in addition to walk ins. On a busy day the wait is more than an hour and they only had one piercer. Why not call to have a piercer to come in when it gets busy? If you’re only going to have one piercer at least have the option to have clients make an appointment as to not wait over an hour. There are so many other piercing/tattoo places and this place has a good reputation for good reason especially tattoos. At least with tattoos you can make an appointment ahead of time. For piercings like I would go somewhere else because there are so many options out there with just as good reputation/quality just not as popular as this place. It’s an ass move to overwork one piercer and then make the clients wait hella long because you are short staffed. The reception genuinely does not give a shit about your time and don’t do much tbfh. I highly suggest you go somewhere else for piercings if the system is gonna be like this. Not coming back again for piercings save your time and money. Much respect to the piercers and tattoo artists though, the piercer and tattoo artists seemed nice and very good at their craft. I work in the service industry and have to deal with shitty people, kindness is free. The wait for piercings wouldn’t have to be as long if you respected your client’s time and had enough staff.

EDIT Bugs was very nice, really knowledgeable and did a great piercing. Tell me why after the piercing she has to be the one to ring up the customer? Can’t you have your receptionists do it?? Have them do something other than answer phone calls and play on their phones because they don’t look busy at all. Bugs was HELLA busy with all the people lined up, cant you have two or more piercers come in to deal with the rush hour and have them both be piercing at the same time?? Or is it cheaper for your studio to have only one piercer at a time and have hella long as wait times. This isn’t the first complaint of this by the looks of the other reviews, why not do what it takes to fix this? Too costly for you to hire more piercers? Make...

For some reason my review was deleted so here I am again to make sure other can see my experience!! I came to this establishment for tattoos on my “chest” (female btw) and felt so violated and uneasy for a number of reasons.

First off, I got there 10 mins before my appointment and was barely greeted. Not a huge deal but noted. Then my tattoo artist come in 10 minutes late after my appointment should have started. Then it took about 2 HOURS to get the placement correct. Even the other artists told me it should not have taken so long. I was in a back area with a privacy curtain since I had no shirt on the whole time. Then a female artists decided to tell me that the curtain wasn’t covering me and that everyone could see me the entire time. I was there for 3 1/2 hours for a pretty small tattoo (I should’ve asked for a price point before we started) but I believed I was overcharged considering it took 2 hours to place the tattoos correctly. As I’m paying to leave, I hear one of the artists ask if “my artist was gentle with me” and if he was “pinching and pulling it”. After I called the establishment to complain the next day, I was told the pinching comment was some inside joke but it made me feel incredibly violated at the time. I really wanted a partial refund because I felt I was overcharged and they said they’d get back to me. 2 weeks later and never did (was told owner was out of town but I thought waiting 2 weeks was sufficient) so I made a review and called again. They saw my review and told me they did not plan on resolving anything after my review and didn’t really care how I felt about the situation. The tattoo almost completely faded as well. I also made a piercing appt I didn’t get done and they said they would give me free piercings. I felt SO uncomfortable with everything that happened, they basically gaslit me into thinking I was being dramatic about the situation...

I have had several great experiences with this place most recently just the other day my son and I went in for his first tattoo (he's 18 now) and my second tattoo (first one I had done here with my older son on the anniversary of being diagnosed with MS). Anthony did both my tattoos and my son's the other day! I couldn't have asked for a better, more easy going, super understanding and incredibly kind that we were late due to chiropractor appt., very kind, fun and chill! His work is amazing. He is so relaxed and patient! Even a few days after I had emailed a question and he was immediate and SO kind with response!!! I have and will continue to recommend this place! Anthony we are SUPER grateful for all you did! Awesome work! I also have had the great experiences with piercings as well (one time with friends, one time with sister and cousins) and though last time my daughter and I waited almost 2 hours-its a walk in only type deal Chris was really awesome, VERY personable and took the time to get to know you and again nice and chill. Took the time to help me decide exactly what I wanted when I thought I was sure.. LOL.. My 14 year old daughter was coming in with me to get piercing to represent a special day in my life and the 2 hours we spent there was actually a lot of fun. The staff that works there is so funny and really nice. Offered a discount for the wait-but honestly to know walking in a place like this your ALWAYS gonna get a good experience means everything!! They make you feel like family! Both Chris and Anthony VERY sanitary and took the time to explain how to take care of it and keep it clean! Thank you Thank you Thank YOU!
