Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a pizza through the app like I’ve done multiple times since I moved to this area. I get a notification that it’s been delivered, but it hasn’t. I give it 10 min then I call the store. I speak to Allison, the manager, and she says that they called me because there was no gate code provided. Nothing has changed for my account mind you. I also never received a phone call. She tells me that they called a number (not my number and not the number on my account) and I didn’t answer, but she can send him back out in a bit. I asked how long a bit was and she told me another 20 min or so. So I told her to just cancel the order because I don’t want to wait that long. I asked what the process was and she said “okay I can do that but it will take 2-3 business days to refund you.” So I told her never mind just send him back out whenever then. She says “oh I’m sorry I already canceled it. I can remake it for you but you’ll have to pay again.” Like any normal person I got upset at that and said it’s effing ridiculous and I want to speak with a manager, and she started being rude. She said she’s the manager and “It isn’t my fault you didn’t put in the right phone number and it’s not our fault you didn’t provide a gate code, that’s on you.” I told her that’s horrible customer service and asked for their corporate number. Her response was “I don’t have it memorized and we don’t have it plastered all over the store. I’m sure you can go and look it up.” I asked for her name and told her I’d be contacting corporate. I called back to ask for her supervisor’s name and she told me his name and I asked when he would be in. She told me tomorrow sometime, so I said “okay I appreciate it.” She in a very rude tone says “and just so you know all of our calls are recorded” I went to tell her “that’s good, your supervisor can hear the way you speak to customers then.” I didn’t even get 3 words out and she hung up on me. I called back and she answered the phone, joking and talking with co workers before actually taking the call. I asked her if hanging up on customers was appropriate and she said “yes when you cuss at me and my employees, it is.” I told her not only did I not cuss at any of them, but she’s the only one I’ve spoken to.” Then she changed her story to “well it seemed like our conversation was over.” I asked her “how can a conversation be over when I’m in the middle of a sentence?” And she couldn’t give me an answer.
I will definitely not be ordering from this location anymore, I’ll drive down to 78 and pick up at that location before I deal with Allison again.

Read moreI could not believe how rude the young blonde with heavy makeup was to me when I came to pick up my previously ordered pizza. I was 3rd in line, I waited patiently for my turn. When it was my turn, she IMMEDIATELY turns to start flirting with the man who was previously helped. They go back and forth for SEVERAL MINUTES, with her hair twirling and flashing doe eyes culminating in the older man offering her a job at a nearby CVS, where he is a manager. At this point, I'm still waiting patiently. I hadn't even begun to become upset yet, I really didn't care about the flirting. What came after, however, was what felt like a slap in the face. After she's done casually chatting with the man who preceded me, she decides to completely ignore the fact that I'm now standing at the counter waiting for my turn and go to the back to chat with another employee. I figure she had something to do, so I continue to wait. Now, I'm pacing back and forth, becoming more and more annoyed with each passing second. This girl still has not acknowledged my presence in the restaurant. I have now been waiting for my pizza (that I could see sitting on the shelf from the moment I walked in) for 15 minutes, and I haven't even been afforded eye contact. When the blonde who is considering leaving the company for CVS starts moving cardboard boxes from one side of the counter to the other, (keeping her hands busy, obviously BS'ing around aimlessly with nothing to do), I finally interrupt her supposedly immediately pressing "duties" to ask "Excuse me, may I please have my pizza?" She seemed upset that I spoke to her, and flatly asked for my name. STILL ZERO EYE CONTACT... UNBELIEVABLE.She grumbled my total with her head down, I could barely hear her. I paid, and she gave me my pizza. She then immediately goes back to moving the boxes from one side of the counter to the other, without a thank you, or any sort of acknowledgement of the fact that I just patronized the business. In front of me, she mentioned that she is "so good at her job" that she's trusted to hop around to different Domino's locations in the area when needed. Read moreI order from this location all the time. I always know when there’s certain people cooking because the food is either good or terrible. I am a loyal customer. I never complain when my pizzas are messed up, dry or can’t be cut. But today, I purchased 3 pizzas and got 1 free pizza with my points. We called dominos and spot to the “manager on duty” and explained to her that the pizza tasted old and dry, THEN we couldn’t even pull it around it seemed old. She stressed that she just took the pizza out the over. We explained to her although she might have just took it out.. it taste horrible. I cannot taste any sauce on ANY of my pizzas. It taste like bread sticks with seasonings, not a pizza. We were not looking for a refund due to us just really wanting good quality of what we paid for. We asked her if she could remake them and we’ll bring the pizzas back to her. She said she remembered when we arrived and told us no because she just took it out the oven. NEVER have I ever had a pizza replaced or fixed even though they have messed up multiple times but the one time we ask if she could remake the pizzas she tells us no and do not come back up to the store because she is uncomfortable.
