My drive thru order consisted of 2 burgers, son of a baconator and double stack, as well as pub fries. Keep in mind, I didn't ask for anything special. Yet my order was still wrong. I received 2 burgers, but not what I had asked for. On top of this, my pub fries were cold. I went inside to let the staff know my burgers were incorrect. I had my receipt in one hand and burgers in the other. The manager looked right at me the proceeded to quietly whispered in a female employee's ear. Then she approached the counter, didn't give the usual greeting and simply stared at me. When I noticed she was going to say anything, I informed her of my incorrect order. She responded with "do you want a refund?" and nothing more. I was expecting like, "Ma'am I apologize for that, would like us to make the burgers? or would you like a refund?" However, this did not occur. I responded with "I would like what I ordered and paid for please." When waiting for my burgers, I saw four employees working the second drive thru window and a manager making burgers. There's something wrong with that picture. Why was it that the manager had to whisper to the female employee to service me? He noticed the burgers and receipt in my hands yet did nothing. Read moreSo after we ordered through door dash and was brought a completely different family’s order and called up to this Wendy’s to let them know. They were aware they gave us the wrong order and the lady said if i come up there they’ll exchange so after informing her that i ordered through door dash she preceded to say there’s nothing she can do. So after the phone was handed to my wife the lady’s attitude was completely different after my wife informed her that was false there was something she could do because this is the third time it’s happened. My wife then asked to speak to the manager and the lady said she was in fact the manager and “that’s that” at the end of the day we are all no matter what career field we are in are in the customer service business and the level of customer service that was given today was beneath dirt poor. Was my wife very upset absolutely, this is something that keeps happening. Yes we choose to still get from here on the times we do decide not to cook but that doesn’t mean i have to travel to another one further away to get decent customer service and actually what i pay for. Tonight i paid $41 and some change and received $20 bucks at the most and I’m stretching that to be nice because two 4 for $4 meals a chili and and double burger is hardly even $20 worth let alone the $41 i was charged. However the staff on duty will rude through the intercom groaning loudly with the mic so on so that we can hear them and oh my god really loud through the mic at the drive-thru. Then when they gave us our food it didn't come in the packaging that I was supposed to at all we didn't get the sauces that we asked for literally it was just a Wendy's meal shoved in the bags with the others we paid extra for the Wednesday special but I didn't get that. So I informed him the next time you want to grown and oh my God over the mic make sure your mic is off and we left and I will not be coming back.
