McDonald's — Restaurant in Scio Township

Usually good, although I don’t appreciate that certain menu items are more expensive than other McDonalds and that they don’t always honor the deals that McDonalds advertises. On my specific visit today, they made my iced turtle coffee without the chocolate drizzle. The nice woman didn’t hesitate to put drizzle on top of the drink when I asked, but when I showed her the picture of the drink in McDonalds’ app, showing the drizzle all over the cup, she said that was just for advertising. She again was totally willing to remake the drink the way it showed in the picture, but I thought it weird and unacceptable to say that “that’s only for advertising.” People order based on advertising and expect to get what they see. The drink description on the app also includes chocolate drizzle, so it’s clearly not just for advertising. The drink was also not as sweet as it ought to be. I don’t believe they put enough turtle syrup in it. I just don’t appreciate getting a sub par drink for double the price when I just ordered the same drink the other day at another location that was delicious...

Five stars for customer service in very trying and stressful times!

Recently ordered a chicken sandwich which came out less than ideal (no fault of the staff - they can’t control a hunk of fatty meat being in a chicken sandwich that’s on McD suppliers). Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until I got home and but into the sandwich. I called up and spoke to Steven who was super kind and apologetic and told me he was putting me down for a comp’d meal. Everything else in my meal turned out just fine aside from the sandwich.

I’m rating this five starts despite the subpar food quality. It is rare that I go to a fast food restaurant nowadays and don’t deal with an attitude from staff. It was so refreshing dealing with Steven, because I honestly was expecting to be told to screw off.

Honestly, the entire staff at this McDonald’s is great and I drive out of my way to to avoid the one on Stadium just because the staff at Zeeb are so much better...

I have not been back to the store that has been 7 months ago, they got my order wrong and I waited and waited and waited for my food, I had terrible service and it was such a simple order! I normally do not complain at all, like I said that has been 7 months ago and I drive by there all the time and I do not stop no more do to the poor service that I had, they sure did not want to take care of my order very well good luck with yours! As you can tell I have not forgot the service I got there, it was absolutely terrible service and never did get my order proper. I even called and complained but they didn't seem to care. Never offered me my money back or even a coupon for a meal or anyting. so like I said good luck if you go there I hope you have better...
