Pita Way - Ann Arbor (Jackson rd) — Restaurant in Scio Township

As someone who enjoys authentic middle eastern food, I went in to Pita Way with a good amount of skepticism about their food and flavors. Heck how good could a fast food chain restaurant be at ethnic ME food? I was proved so wrong. Their chicken is very seasoned, marinated and flavorful, their falafel are great and full of flavor, their hummus is amazing. But best of all at this particular location the servers are all amazing. Especially Marco and Zay went out of their way to give us exceptional customer service. We were blown away with how invested they were in their job as if they owned the place. I even ended up asking Marco if he was the owner (almost convinced that he was given his amazing customer service. But he said nope he was just a worker there. Zay too was amazing and the first time we went there the lady that served us, she was wonderful too.

I am legitimately surprised with how pleasant, courteous, positive and decent the servers in the restaurant were. They all were as happy to serve if they were serving at a high end restaurant. Again special shout out to Marco, Zay and the lady who works there. They pleasantly surprised us with their care and attention to our food and toward making us happy. McDonalds, Chipotle, etc. should take notes from this...

I have been to this Pita Way, once before, same location. They have messed up my order. I said, it happens. I decided to try the new promotion of the Mini Combo Platter. The ratio of rice to meat was hugely disproportionate.I got rice to last 4 days. I ordered only 1 portion of crispy chicken and I got 2. The white sauce and the garlic sauce are only 3 oz instead of the 4 oz advertised. And they forgot the pita bread. I called back and the person who responded said: "so, now what do you want me to do you want a card or just come back?" I replied that is very inconvenient to come back, as I live in Saline about 20 minutes away, but I will have to come back because we can't eat hummus and garlic sauce without the pita bread. My husband went back, another 35-40 minutes drive ( both ways) and some girl just gave him the pita bread and threw a sorry. Very disappointed!! Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. It would have been nice if they would have provided a small card for the inconveniece. I have pictures, but there is no place to upload...

I've eaten at many a restaurant, but rarely has one struck the perfect trifecta of food, service, and ambiance. This place? It's a Mediterranean masterpiece! A culinary canvas painted with flavors that dance on your taste buds. The service was impeccable. My employee that assisted me (whose name, alas, escapes me) was a true connoisseur of customer care. He not only knew the menu inside & out but also seemed to have a sixth sense for my preferences. The restaurant itself was as clean as a It's like a Subway, but elevated to an entirely new level of deliciousness. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a flavorful and satisfying meal.

Try their version of a Quesadilla.... It's stupid how...
