Waited 27 minutes for 4 coffees and 4 simple breakfast sandwiches. Eggs looked old, sandwiches were a joke, and all the employees (besides one) were very unprofessional and not helpful. Another guy in line asked to check on his coffee (after about 25 minutes of waiting) and the lady making his coffee was very rude and then didn’t even put ice in his iced coffee. Another employee was telling another customer how he hates working there and he would rather work in a bar. I understand working in the food business is very tough right now due to understaffing and shortages, but no one was being rude to the employees and all the customers were very patient and kind. The employees did not need to treat their customers like this. Out of the 4 sandwiches, not one was edible and we ended up throwing everything away. 3/4 of the coffees were decent, but the pumpkin spice latte was undrinkable, not sure how it was messed up but the flavoring was gross and we ended up throwing this away too. Spent somewhere around $50 all together and was unable to eat/drink about 70% of what we purchased. Super disappointed with this service and food/drink quality. I understand things are tough right now and I didn’t expect super high quality but I think they can do a little...
Read moreThis might be the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I sat in line for over 10 minutes for a coffee and a muffin with only 3 cars ahead of me. This was at 7:35 on a Tuesday. The person in front of me was offered two incorrect items which they declined. I don’t know who is running this place but it certainly isn’t a professional. You need to either hire a new manager to train your staff or hire an entirely new staff who actually cares about the orders that they are bringing to your customers. The only reason I didn’t leave earlier is because I was unable to. I had a car in front of me and a car behind me. I did leave before getting my items because I gave up on ever seeing them.
Never coming back. I’d be better off driving the 15 minutes to State Street.
Update: I called the manager and did speak with her. She (badly) explained how desperately understaffed she was, how under trained her people were and offered to make it right. I appreciate that but come on Tim Horton’s...why would you leave your franchise in the weeds like this? Very disappointed...
Read moreDO NOT.... I REPEAT DO NOT go to the Tim Horton's on Zeeb Rd in Ann Arbor. The gentleman taking my order was extremely rude and acted like me ordering some doughnuts was a crime.
He scoffed at me, kept asking "what else" when ordering and then complained that it would take like 5 minutes to make the doughnuts... which I didn't mind. I asked why he was so rude and in a condensing voice he had said he wasn't. So I get up to the window to pay, and asked the kid behind the register to speak to the manager, and to my amazement he said "that was the manager".... omg are you kidding me????
So then I said how rude he was to me and the kid said, " he said nothing wrong" 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
You better believe I'm calling someone today to make a complaint and hopefully get them fired.
As a former Tim Horton's employee, the thought of being talked to like that is just so upsetting. I would have NEVER talked to a...
