Check it, check it out on what I'm expressing to all you readers about, and that's GA's famous Home Goods store which is located in North Decatur that's truly greater, all due to the Mic Queen/Manager Tonya who blew my mind after I heard her super classy, fresh rhymes that's still #1 to loyal customers like myself, as I step in-and-out to purchase many home shopping goods while knocking on wood. Tonya, the incredible store emcee is the reason for my continuous shopping season at North Decatur. Her staff being so chill is what makes Home Goods a friendly store to shop at with various products and fantastic prices; it leaves me on Cloud 9 as I spend more and more monetary dimes all the time. This floetic commentary was quite necessary and something that I had to do when recognizing you know who? I'm talking about Tonya, aka Mic Queen/Manager at Home Goods, who still has me going crazy about her verbal game that's brilliant and quite terrific! Customers, when you stop by to visit Home Goods, (give Tonya) and her hardworking staff a big shoutout for (her verbal skills & charm) that will always have customers coming back, all due to their hospitality and classic wit that's real-life legit! Tonya, much...
Read moreI came in the store with my small dog (she wasn't on the floor and was being carried throughout the entire visit) on a Saturday morning to buy a bookshelf, and the customer service I received was awful and disappointing. I asked someone for help and the lady told me to step away from her. She said it again in a very disrespectful way pointing at me to move away because of my dog that was being carried and at a significant person-to-person distance. I proceeded to find someone else that could help and asked that person if the store was dog friendly (although I knew it was) due to the poor treatment I had received from the previous employee. This person responded: "yes, people bring them in," and kept walking saying she was busy helping somebody else. I asked for help in a very polite way not once but twice and nobody made me feel welcome or helped me with the item that I was ready to buy. If the store is really dog friendly then you should treat all customers with the same respect. I left the store feeling like I was doing something wrong and without the item that I wanted to buy. I am not planning to come back here because they clearly can't adhere to their policies and treat everyone...
