8001 East Indian School Road Scottsdale Arizona McDonald's location . This McDonald's is the worst in the entire world. I placed in mobile app order from home went to the restaurant and they gave me no receipt served me the drinks at the window and told me to park in space number one. I waited 20 minutes nobody brought my food out they brought food out for other people that pulled through the drive-thru behind me.. I went inside and asked the manager where my food was and why it takes 25 minutes to get two Quarter Pounders with cheese. she said you know what I'm just going to cancel your order did not refund me and if you don't leave I'm going to call the police and have you arrested for trespassing... unbelievable her name is Ashley manager Ashley has an attitude. My order was never canceled and it shows paid and I never received any food that's petty theft by a merchant. She cannot handle the responsibilities of being a shift manager or a store manager she has no customer serviceability she can only do one thing at a time she cannot multitask she is absolutely the wrong person to be running a fast food restaurant she's actually very dumb.. I'm a customer a paid Prepaid customer and she's telling me I can't have my food and if I don't leave I will be arrested for trespassing. I said you go ahead and call the police I'm leaving I have contacted corporate watch out for Ashley.. this is a franchise store and they choose who they want to employ there I wouldn't employ Ashley for anything she has absolutely no customer service abilities and threatens people it's no wonder that place has 20 cars wrapped around it when she's in charge. they're like turtles and slow motion. I have a call into the franchise owner they won't return my call . I have not been refunded my money for the order they put the order through shows it's complete and that I received my food what a joke this place is a dump and has Dumpy dump managers named Ashley working there. a little kid who has no idea what she's doing. I don't know who raised her or where she went to school but she needs to take a good long look in the mirror and serve the customer when she's at work that's what she's there for and that is the only thing that she's there for. not to tell people to leave without their food that's absolutely ridiculous. if I was the business owner she'd be fired on the spot in front of the employees as an example of how you do not treat customers. you want to collect their money and give them their food so everyone is happy. you don't want an employee that causes any kind of troubles with customers she wants to kick people out of the store because she thinks you have an attitude and it's only her judgment who made her judge and jury someone with no brain just like Ashley. I will never go to this McDonald's again and it's unhealthy food for you to eat anyway. In and Out Burger is way better they should tear this McDonald's down and let In and Out Burger have the property McDonald's isn't even a good fast food restaurant. they are a real estate company they care about where their stores are on the corner of a major intersection. Tear this one to the ground and Let It Be In and Out Burger. I don't think the franchisee owner will ever call me or even read this review or even care about one customer but it's not just me she'll destroy your business just wait and see watch out for Ashley. one of the dumbest persons I've ever seen in my life and I'm a senior citizen too. She has no respect for her elders. ridiculous. this McDonald's is like HELL. This location also undercooks all of their breakfast items.. none of my orders were even warm they serve cold food and have received many wrong items you need to check everything they do. Read moreI've had enough of this, I'm going straight to McDonald's corporate. This location, and the location up on McDonald have been overcharging their customers for years. These are the two locations closest to me so I thought this was how all McDonald's operate. It wasn't until one evening when I stopped at the McDonald's down at Hayden and McDowell that I realized I have been paying too much. When I order breakfast, I always get the two sausage burrito meal with a coffee. If you order this at any McDonald's besides the two closest to me, that meal is $7 and change. But if you order it at the one at Indian School in Hayden or at McDonald and granite reef, it's like 10 bucks. So this morning I go in and I say I would like a number seven to go. She asks what I would like to drink. I tell her I would like whatever comes with the advertised price. She says "okay, so a soft drink?" And I started laughing. A soft drink? With breakfast? I don't believe that's what McDonald's advertises nationwide. I don't believe that's the steamy hot cup on the commercials that I see for my food in the morning. Years ago you had your choice between a coffee and orange juice and then they started up charging for the orange juice, but this location up charging for coffee with a breakfast meal? That is not right and I am never coming back to this location again until they fix this. I am now going to figure out how to get in contact with McDonald's corporate because there is something wrong with somebody running this franchise. They are gouging you with every meal you buy and every single person considering eating here should go to a McDonald's further down the road because they are significantly cheaper. Read moreThis location fail to clean their espresso machine on a regular basis. I show up a half our or even 1.5 hours after they have opened and order a Latte only to hear them commonly say "Oh, I'm sorry, our machine is being cleaned right now". I can't even count how often this has happened at This Location, but almost never happens at other locations.
It's morning when people buy coffee and they have failed to check the machine or clean it (which should ALWAYS be done prior to opening EVERY DAY. Common Sense!)
Clearly the morning manager is Lazy and Habitually Unprofessional. Whoever was working this Sunday morning is the problem and the Regional Manager or Owner should fire or demote them. They make your location look very bad and are a huge inconvenience.
This same problem has been occurring for many months at Just This Location. (I usually drive further to the McDowell & Hayden McDonalds just to avoid this constant issue at the Indian School & Hayden location.)
They don't even say "it will just take a few minutes, can you pull forward and we will bring it out to you". Or offer a free one next time.
I just drive a few miles further and get my Latte and food Every Time at another location run by professionals who...
