I placed an order on the app for a footlong, after paying for it I realized that it was at the incorrect location. I immediately called to cancel the order and Nick the manager stated that he could not as the sub was ready. However the app stated the sub order was still being processed to the restaurant, I was at another subway and they stated it something that the general manager can do if he chooses. I then ask nick for his store number which he refused to give to me instead he tells me to look at the receipt?? When a customer ask you a simple question as to a store number and the general manager can't provide that or refuses to provide that, just shows how unprofessional Nick us and how unfit as a manager he is, Nick certainly making subway look bad.
