CK's Pizza — Restaurant in Scranton

I just received my order and it was freezing cold and soggy. I called to speak with a manager. I was told after waiting an hour already for my food that I could wait another hour for a redeliver or I could come pick it up myself. When I told them I wasnt able to pick it up thats why I ordered delivery in the first place I was told too bad. I was then hung up on 3 times when I asked to speak with a manager by the male I was speaking with. When I called back a female answered and when I asked for corporates number she then proceeded to hang up on me as well. 4 times I was hung up on because they brought me cold soggy food and they didnt care and obviously dont value their customers. This is the absolute worst "Italian" food I have ever had and I have lived pretty much around the world as well as all across America. I ordered the chicken parmesan over pasta and it was actually ziti... Which was very undercooked and there was a pool of water at the bottom. Instead of breaded chicken, like chicken parmesan is supposed to be, it was diced up grilled chicken with no breading and it was very very minimal chicken spread out almost if It's pizza toppings on top of a pizza. But honestly felt like this meal would cause $7 buying value brands at Walmart. I honestly suggest that this restaurant learns a little more culinary methods. I would give it zero stars if possible. Horrible people working here!! They dont care about their delivery partners. I was told “door dashers arent allowed to use the restroom “ Only customers” I dont even deliver for door dash. I deliver for grubhub. And yes im delivering your customers their food have some empathy for god sakes. Who ever is running this place you have to do much better with your staff or management. As Delivery partners we are bringing your business money in just as your in store customers. Dont treat us like trash.
