G&M's Warehouse — Restaurant in Scranton

I really love there food, the taste of everything seasoned correctly perfect. I work at the plaza right next door and I always order take out but the girls always say we take orders for take out from 1:30pm-2pm which is fine so I asked if I can place an order for that time and when its ready I can come pick up, and she says no. Like I even spoke to the owner Mike in person, he said he would do that for me so I left happy. I called today and it was ringing after the third call it was hanging up as if they keep hanging up. This place needs to focus on pleasing there take out customers just as much as there dine in. The place gets busy and I understand but don't even post that you do take out when you DON'T!!! This has been an on going problem with this restaurant for a MONTH. Mike was very short with me as well, his gestures were like if he didn't want to hear it. I really hate that they are like that because this is the best food I tried in Scranton. Was able to drop in yesterday and check out G&M’s warehouse near Idle Hours South in Scranton. I have been meaning to come here for nearly a year now and finally had a day where I could line it up.

I love cooper sharp cheese for cheesesteaks so I began trying it on other things and realized I love it on breakfast sandwiches and burgers too. When someone told me the burgers here were great and I saw one on their menu with Cooper Sharp, it was on like donkey Kong … or just a fat hungry guy 🤷🏼‍♂️

The Cooperstown Burger was a bacon cheeseburger with caramelized onions using cooper Sharp. It was served on a brioche roll and I added the pickles from the side to the burger. I opted to add fries and cole slaw to the plate (I believe that was a $4 upcharge). This is a burger you should try…like yesterday.

Was gifted two gift certificates went inside to order was told it was for dine in only. Fine print states different. Even offered to stay there why he made it. Made no real difference and was going to tip the waitress anyway. Terrible business practices to get people into a business. Was also told it was because he doesn’t make anything on it. Well then why put these certificates out to people to purchase. Seems like a trick just to get people in. Wont be back ever they told me to contact the place where they where bought for a refund. Stay aware this owner only cares about the money.

EDIT 6/18 owner replied to me accusing me of trying to hurt his business and proceeded to then lie and say he spoke To me which he did not. Beware this owner is a loose cannon! Again on the certificates it states for dine in and take out possibly edited his ad to suit his narrative. Also the person that gifted me these still has not gotten a refund so seems he is holding on to their...
