Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Scranton

Pizza was mad warm, crazy 🥖 has no sauce and I was told that it didn’t come with my order the girl so rule in the front, I had to call the manager. To talk to him about my order with no receipt, clearly, she did not understand what was going on cause I came back to get the sauce, At the end of the day she didnt realize that she gave me my food already, which is weird and I could’ve got another order., FREE. Never play with anyone food refund is done, and I will be on the phone with corporate ASAP. We ordered a few pizzas awhile back online. Went to pick them up and when we got home about 10 to 15 minutes later we open the pizzas to find out that they look like they were yesterday's pizzas, tasted as such. They looked horrible. We called the hundred number as well as the store nobody answered at the store. The 800 number basically the same thing to keep you on hold forever. I emailed Little Caesars and never received response back. We spent $$30-40 and ended up throwing this pizza away and getting food. Very very very disappointed and I plan to stop in at the location if I don't hear back...

Why is it that staff members are only nice to certain customers? You would think regular customers. They would be a lot more nicer. Why is it that I have to ask for a receipt? The staff members will ask the other customers if they want a receipt. Yes, I understand it is just a receipt. There is a reason why I want my receipt..if I don't ask.
