Burger King — Restaurant in Scranton

GHETTO! Never again! The employee, Tatyana, was obnoxious to another customer when the girl's order was screwed up. Tatyana also told someone to bring their friend inside cuz she wanted to "check" them, she also was bragging and laughing about not adding a milkshake to someone in the drive thru's order, because they wanted 2 seperate orders-so she didnt even order the milkshake. Manager cant manage his crew! Another employee was standing, cursing every other word (mind you-there were 3 kids under 10, within earshot-1 being my 5 year old!) waving an unlit cigarette around, tobacco flying all over the food, attitude from every employee, tables covered in dry ketchup, fries and other food all over the floors, smh, just disgusting. workers are hard working. And it is impossible for you to get an old order. The food is thrown away after a certain time period. To the person who reported his food was out dated and several days old.. that is not true. And the only time you are told to go around to the front is if your order a huge order that takes longer than what it is suppose to take at the drive thru's.All burger king drive thru's are on a timer. Two minutes. So the driver was not at the window for seven minutes. Messed up the whole order!!!! Ordered a double whopper meal, got a double cheeseburger meal. Ordered chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce, no BBQ sauce. Ordered jalapeños cheddar bites, got cheesy tots. Not to mention the food was ice cold!!! They were out of ice for the beverages, and not one napkin in the bag. How do you serve fountain beverages without ice??? Bunch of incompetent employees at this location. Management better get on their game at this location. They got me this time, but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!. Do yourself a favor people, head across the street to subway, or little ceasers. Anything is better than the food this place puts out...
