Subway — Restaurant in Scranton

We get there and their is only one person working in the whole store... He was working in slow motion it took him 5 minutes to make each sandwich and he did not speak any English. He had no idea what to put on the signature sandwiches he kept asking me when they are typed out right in front of him. He then threw the sandwiches into the bag didnt even tape the wrappers or write on them. We get them home and the buns are so burnt they tast burnt and disgusting. We called to complain and maybe have them re made and instead he fought with us and said no no no they were not burnt we don't do that. Umm sorry to break it to you but you did I have pictures!!! Ridiculous never will i ever go here again I would rather travel out of my way. Oh by the way it was a $40 order!! For some reason it is not letting me post the picture...

Horrible location. Should have known better than go here, I usually go to Keyser Avenue-those people are GREAT ordered online, 2 subs, 2 salads. Daughter picked up, and at home we open the bag and find no lettuce in our salads, just meat & dressing!! WHAT ‽????? SO on the phone I go, ask what the he'll, and he says I ordered a protein bowl... WHAT??? My receipt says SALAD!!!

Here's the kicker. No refund, but says COME BACK with the two bowls of meat and he'll put salad in the bowl!!! WHAT???? He could have refunded those 2 salads, or make 2 new salads that are ready when we get there after 10+ minute drive

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICe,...

My friend ordered a turkey club. Got ham and roast beef despite being asked multiple times to confirm he wanted turkey. I myself got the 6.99 meal of the day (which on Wednesday is a meatball marinana and comes with chips and a drink), but got charged for all 3 items separately. I'm too sympathetic to fast food workers to shake them down for a couple dollars off my order, so I just won't go back
