When I first moved to Scranton nine years ago, I had brought my children to the play area located in the Marketplace at Steamtown. We had decided to have lunch at Ruano’s, and that is when I realized they cooked NYC style, even the set up of their display of delicious food. We ordered the baked ziti, cheese and buffalo pizza. The food really made me feel at home. When, I met the owner I realized that I knew him from Brooklyn, NYC back in the day.
