Waited 15 years since my last chicken cordon-oogie and as part of what became a $100 takeout order, my disappointment to realize that the chicken cutlets on my sandwich were not only NOT FRESH, they had the dried out appearance and taste as if they were a few days old. I understand that sometimes an employee makes a poor sandwich, and that a restaurant may pre-make items such as chicken cutlets to reduce costs and preparation times, but I cannot understand or excuse when a business tries to feed its customers garbage, because if those same cutlets were in my fridge at home and looked as haggard as they were, that’s exactly where they would have wound up… in the garbage. Between the kid at the register complaining about being at work all summer and the fact that the quality control is so poor that I was provided garbage at a premium price, 15 years until my next Uncle Oogies experience seems to close for comfort. Do better Uncle Oogies, your customers deserve it.

The menu said something about their old world pizza quite possibly being the best pizza in earth? Sorry, but not even close and I had to post a quick review for other that might be fooled by that as my family was. I went with my son daughter and wife and all of us were very disappointed with the pizza and the atmosphere. The mozzarella sticks were very good actually. And our server was excellent. But the pizza not so much. I have to say the pizza “looks” great in photos but the crust on the old world pizza was nonexistent and the crust on the deep dish was weird. We assume they don’t have a real pizza oven. The deep dish had a crust, but it had the appearance of a fried crust. Pretty sure it was put in a deep dish baking pan with a lot of oil. I won’t be going back and can’t recommend it.

$90 order, walked there to pick up the food, waited 7 minutes to be acknowledged, walked home, and missing food. Called and explained to Sophia (who was amazing) that I wish I could leave 25% tip but due to bad service, didn't and am missing food. Walked back, had my oldest daughter pick up the missing cheesesteak, and daughter was treated poorly for my complaint. The cheesesteak is literally meat and cheese only; I'll attach a picture. Beware folks, if you complain, you're a problem, it's not appreciated as a way to improve. The picture below is of the Cheesesteak. The pic below is of the newly cooked Philly cheasesteak. It was pretty bad

Absolute mayhem upon entry of the establishment, me and 3 friends got 2 slices each and they got every single one wrong. Watched a Worker basically accuse 2 10 year old kids of trying to steal French fries. French fries. After 15 minutes of standing there a worker asked if we were waiting for slices to which we replied yes and they stare at us and say we have none of those in the oven yet. Not sure what happened in the time we ordered to then but we had to wait another 15 minutes after that. Our slices finally come out and the worker screams my name 3 times in the fastest 1-2-3 sequence possible didn’t even give me a second to get up and come grab it. When I get to the counter she goes I called ur name 3 times already. At this point I’m in absolute awe of this experience I’m having and instead of getting snappy with her I just take my slices and go.

Ordering 2 slices of pizza should not have been this stress induced nightmare but this place made that so. I’ll tell you this, I will not be crossing the threshold of that places doors ever in my life again. Food was...

A friend of mine ordered Hot Wings while I ordered Chicken tenders and fries. He got his Wings in 10 minutes and mine was never brought out. 40 minutes go by, and I go to the front to check in on my order. What proceeded to happen absolutely flabbergasted me. Not only did the manager ("Uncle Oogie") disrespect me, he did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. I asked if my food was even made, they said, "no." I asked for a refund. Instead, my food was brought out within the minute. I reluctantly took the food (40 minutes late) and disappointingly told him it would reflect in his reviews. What happened next shocked me. The manager shouted across the restaurant as I'm leaving, "you're what's wrong with the world today." I was embarrassed. I never would have thought manager/owner would disrespect a customer like that. Needless to say, I wont be going back. I'll be taking my business to McDonalds, where I can count on tenders being timely made....
