My family and I are huge Chick-fil-A lovers! We enjoy everything on the menu and are always open to trying new and seasonal items—including the merch! I’m writing this review today because I really wanted to highlight the exceptional service of a gentleman working the drive-thru this morning.
He was hustling, running back and forth to make sure customers received their meals promptly. If an order was incorrect, he would immediately apologize and reassure customers that their corrected item would be out shortly. I personally had an issue where I swapped hash browns for a parfait when ordering, but my bag still contained hash browns. When I went back, another customer had also returned at the same time because he was missing his hash browns.
Now, I completely understand that this location is brand new, which is why the wait times are so long—besides the fact that Chick-fil-A is always busy no matter where you go. However, I have to say that the woman who seemed to be the lead (she had a long skirt) did not meet Chick-fil-A’s usual customer service standards.
When I brought my order issue to her attention, she asked me to return the hash browns in exchange for my parfait. That’s fine in theory, but the other customer standing there was waiting on hash browns… so it really seemed like they were about to give him the ones I just returned. That’s not Chick-fil-A level service—it just felt a little unsanitary and weird. If I were him, I wouldn’t have been comfortable with that.
I do want to emphasize that the drive-thru attendant was fantastic! He truly did everything right, and I could tell he even felt bad about the situation. Overall, I understand the growing pains of a new location, but I hope they refine their service standards to match the quality we expect from...
Read moreThis location has been opened since October 31, 2024. (I write this February 2025.) I have given it an average rating because even bad Chick-fil-A is fairly good but this particular store needs assistance in making it as good as all the other locations. The mobile order line takes longer than the regular drive-through line and it isn’t in order of arrival or scanning the QR code. The servers while not rude just hand you your food and walk away with no opportunity to ask for condiments. I guess they figured that if you ordered on the app then everything is in the bag. But ketchup, straws, cutlery are usually missing. Add-on items such as sauces or different dressing or even requested extra blue cheese crumbles have not been included on my mobile app orders in EVERY order from the Seagoville location. I’ve tried numerous times and have been disappointed every single time. The biggest complaint is the grilled chicken on the market salad; it looks and tastes like grill scrapings instead of a sliced grilled fillet. I want to be happy that Chick-fil-A is in my town but it seems that the employees have worked too long at inferior fast-food chains and the patrons just need to be happy with what they get even if it’s not what...
Read moreDo NOT try using mobile ordering in the drive thru. We waited 20 minutes as the only car in the mobile line with no one in front of us for our food. Our order was entered 15 minutes prior so it should have been in their system already. Meanwhile we watched at least 8 cars enter the drive thru after us, order and leave before us. A couple employees kept looking at us and laughing, I guess because we looked frustrated. They came and were very apologetic about the wait after 15 minutes and gave us 2 free ice cream cards... but we still had to wait an extra 5 minutes beyond that. We then had to go inside anyways because we were missing hash browns, the ketchup and grape jelly we had ordered. The facility was clean, and the staff inside was kind. It appears to be a management problem. There are several people in drive thru running orders but looked like only one was packing them, maybe they should delegate better to the multiple people standing around. Other reviews mention the same issue with drive thru. I've never been to a chickfila who's drive thru was...
