Panda Express — Restaurant in Terrell

I called this store before they closed and asked to place an order. They told me they weren't accepting orders over the phone because they had already broken down the tables. When I told them I was on my way and wanted to make sure I placed the order before they closed, she told me, “good luck, we close in 5 minutes”. I drove down the highway and got there a few minutes before closing. The girl on the headset said, sorry but we are t taking orders. I told her it wasn’t 10 yet and she said, sorry about you, it’s 10:01. She then told me that their computers shut down at 10, and then told me they had thrown all of their food away. When I told her I was the guy who had just called, she laughed and said, guess ya didn’t make it on time huh? I told them it was terrible customer service and her response was “k, byyyyeeeee”. I get it, I’ve been in the restaurant business before, but why do you have hours posted if you aren’t even going to adhere to them? When they are more worried about shutting the doors and breaking down, before the business is actually closed, it’s a problem. Unfortunately I like panda too much, so I’ll patronize them again, but definitely not this...

I went through the drive through. The person that took my order was knowledgeable and kind. I gave money to the Children’s Hospital because we must take care of our children. After ordering I was asked to pull forward and they would bring my order out to me because they had to cook the chow me in. It took a few minutes but they brought my food out to my vehicle. During this pandemic we must be flexible. The only thing I would suggest is a better description of where they want you to pull up to. There is no side door so they are actually bringing the food around from the front of the restaurant. They just may want to tell people to pull forward into a parking space or around to the front. Several of us were a little confused. Other than that a great experience. When I got home and opened the food and began eating. Heavenly! It was hot and fresh and the chow mein was cooked perfectly. It’s so nice to have Panda Express in Seagoville. Great employees...

Ordered a family meal like we have many times before! This time the broccoli beef was TERRIBLE! The color on the broccoli and the taste was off and the portion was RIDICULOUS! We have ordered this so many times and never had any issues, when we attempted to call the store we spoke to McKinley, who said she was the manger, ironically enough also the person who packaged our order, but claimed it was someone else “using her number” so she “could take a break”. She refused at first to provide her name. She was rude, told us we didn’t know what we were talking about. Then all she could say “was I wasn’t here, I don’t know what happen” I can give you a replacement for 1/2 off. She refused to give us any other manager name, refused to give us a number for cooperate! We I’ll have to locate...
