Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Seagoville

I went to this establishment at 5:36pm. During the time I was placing an order I had to call my family(mom) to see what she would like.I pull up to the window and ask for a moment. I’m speaking with my mom reading over the menu (only the family packs) so she knows the options. 10 seconds later Elizabeth asks me “are you ready” I replied to her “no ma’am”. 10 more seconds pass and she asks me again, and I give her the same answer. Not even 10 more seconds pass and she asks me again. I told her that I am checking in with my family to see if they wanted anything else and she informed me that they have a time limit and they had someone behind me waiting. I get to the window and ask her “who was back there rushing me” she states “it was me.” And I asked her “why are you rushing me” and she proceeds with “there was someone behind you and we have a time limit. It’s my job to ask you are you ready”. And I informed her I work in customer service and I’ve worked in fast food- the object-is to care for the customers. I also voiced to her that if it were the other way around I would have had to wait behind the person if they were in front. She continued to talk which further infuriated me. I come there every now and then and have had another issues and the lady was being highly disrespectful. I will not return here and as for Elizabeth she doesn’t need to be in the drive through. No stars if I could I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the worst place EVER! Came the other night an hour before they closed the girl answered give me a minute so I waited and waited I ended up waiting a whole hour there was a truck behind me that pulled to the window so I pulled behind them the girl took their order but not mine so I got nothing and had to leave just came today at 2 and the guy said give me a minute so I waited like 10-15 minutes he never said anything so I pull to the window nobody ever came to the window and it looked like 2 people were at the front counter ridiculous I work at a sonic so I understand if it’s busy which they weren’t both times I came and you can’t get to someone for a minute but for it to not be busy and have people waiting long period of time is crazy to me!
