The professionalism of the staff this year (2018) is truly disappointing. I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato "Upside-down," which puts the espresso at the bottom of the cup so that your first sips are not pure cream. But, my drink was made "right-side-up." When they served me the drink, I simply asked if it had not been rung up as "upside-down" or if it had just been made the wrong way by accident. Mistakes happen.

The worker then looked at the side of the cup, saw that it had been marked "upside-down," and proceeded to shake the cup in front of me and say, "that's literally what 'upside-down' is." and handed me the drink.
