Jerry's Carryout — Restaurant in Seat Pleasant

This the 2nd time the black dude took my order and something went wrong! I ordered shrimp and broccoli and 15 wings I only have the wings but paid for all of the food! The last time I ordered 3 wings paid most on cash app and sen lt my bf to pick it up and pay the rest they charged him the full price! I’m so upset! I’m pregnant and waited a while for my food they won’t even answer the phone. I’ve called over 10 times!

Update: my bf made before they left and the food was soooooo good! I’m ordering again of course I think he was just moving too fast he hasn’t been working there long and I’m happy they’re diversifying...

This establishment is terrible. The young lady that assisted us with our order was very rude. We paid for our order and when we came back to check the status of our food she implied that we did not pay for our meal. The communication was not there and we tried to get clarity but the young lady was very upset and would not listen. Thankfully there was another employee that was able to explain in detail about the bill that is was partially paid and the add on was not included. It was very frustrating that the customer service was not there and I will never eat at this...

The last thing one might like to see when entering a restaurant is garbage strewn about the floor. That is usually a reason to leave right back out, but, when I visited, it was Saturday night and I thought perhaps those headed back in from a night out were probably a little less considerate and clean. Regardless, the place is by no means prepossessing, the order taker was curt and all business, the prices are not the best, and the food was good enough to make it all worth it. Visit another...
