I stopped in at Caffe D’arte for an early dinner before my evening flight out of Seattle airport. I was sadly disappointed by the overall impact of the food. I got their triple cheese grilled sandwich which came with Tim’s brand sea salt chips, the sandwich was dry even though it was clear the cheese and bread were freshly grilled. This left me feeling like it was a waste of the $12.50+ tax it had cost me, add to that the Tim’s brand chips were extra thick style so there it felt like there were less then usual in the bag, and the only available water they had bottled was $4 life water.

The atmosphere felt rushed and crowded as the only seats were a single bar of tables that were adjacent to one of the loading gates covered in red warning signs every other seat declaring only customers were welcome to sit.

The staff was efficient, but after taking payment for the meal they gave no directions on where to pick up the food and generally ignored anyone who was waiting so you had to make sure you got your order when I was put on the pick up counter.

To sum up, I am disappointed with Caffe D’arte, they have the potential to be a good location, but food quality to cost, staff inattention, and unwelcoming seating arrangements means I will not be back on my next time through Seattle airport unless I see an improved first...

This was one of my worst airport experiences EVER! I ordered through the kiosk, when it was time to pick up my order they just yelled out the name. I head over and ask them to make sure if the drink on the counter was for me or not and completely got ignored. I ask another employee and ask her if that drink was the SOUND drink and she says yes and continues to yell it out when I say it's mine. She stares me down asks for my receipt and proceeds to say that she had called three times already. My food was disgusting. I ordered the marinara penne pasta with chicken and in less than 10 minutes I felt like puking. My mother ordered a turkey sandwich and the "lettuce" looked so fake and old and it was soggy/watery and it seemed like it was warmed in the microwave with everything else. It's been 2 hours and it seems the food did it's job in giving me food poisoning. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

Really bas service! I had ordered a pasta and there wasn’t anyone else sitting in this cafe but me and right in front of the person that I ordered the pasta to. Somehow the pasta was kept at the other corner for 15 minutes while the lady on the counter kept looking at me straight. No botheration about the pasta being over at the other side of the counter. After 15 minutes i went to ask her about the pasta, she says - “oh, its on the other side of the counter”. I went ahead and picked it up and started eating and while I am eating another lady starts cleaning the table and comes next to me and says- can you please move I don’t want to hurt you when I close the place. There was no heads up over the food and no heads up that we will close in like 10 minutes or so or whatever. The food also wasn’t that great. Don’t recommend at all, especially when you are tired from changing...

My standards are pretty low for airport food, so Caffe D'arte was pretty average. I ordered the Portobella Sandwich, which also included a bag of potato chips. The sandwich was basically two buns, a grilled portobello mushroom, a slice of cheese, and some onions all put together. I thought the ingredients themselves were actually pretty good, although I would have liked to see the cheese melted into the sandwich rather than just placed inside. The portion itself was a bit small, especially compared to the personal pizzas I saw other Caffe D'arte customers eating, which looked much bigger. I didn't feel full afterward, which is disappointing when you pay $14 for a sandwich.

Saturday, afternoon, non holiday weekend Slow day, no one in line. Sat at the chairs and tables provided by the Cafe, we ordered through the kiosk, our drinks were completed within 4 minutes. Order with the mods: Latte - not too hot Mocha - not too hot Came out perfectly made, nice foam on top, coffee itself has a tobacco flavor to it. Not sure where they source their beans but it's unique from what I've had in other coffee spots. Mocha was perfect, not too sweet, tastes like a mocha should, chocolate latte. (Whenever I order with Starbucks it's so sweet) Really enjoyed the coffee, nice pleasant seating arrangement, lots of space. Next to my gate!
