This place was bad. The lobby makes you think you are getting a nice hotel, but the minute you get past, it is JANKY! The first time we came (before our trip) we were not impressed with the lack of hot water, but assumed it was a one-off problem. Upon our return (after our trip) we had the same problem, plus a few more. The toilet looked like it hadn’t had anything replaced in three years (including the disgusting seat). The shower had a bar that looked like it was going to fall off and no curtain. The ceiling had significant water damage that had essentially band-aids over them instead of actual repairs. And we had no hot water a second time. Staff was great, but didn’t have many options for helping us. A pretty crummy place to stay overall.

The room was very 2 star, but the hallways felt liminal and weird, like a tony hawk downhill jam level. Stairwells were gross(see photos), and the pool was also very mid looking, so I didn't bother to try it after seeing the cleanliness of shared spaces. Was bugged by a very sketchy "woman" of the night for a cigarette within the first minute after we walked out of hotel for first time and neighborhood was sketchy to walk around but it's close to airport so nothing can really be done about that but the shuttle was convenient and helpful and staff was polite, nice and helpful I won't be back but the staff did their best to make the stay as pleasant as they could

Overall the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The corridors and overall look of the hotel were super dated and felt like I was stepping into a prison hallway. Could do a bit of work there to make it more welcoming. Instead of bringing amenities up to the room, the staff simply said they didn’t have anyone to do so- but three people were just standing at the reception chatting away. Don’t expect much, but a good room for a quiet nights sleep near the airport. Just a short walk away from the airport terminal and light rail station.

The only reason I gave three stars is because of the staff. They were very accommodating and friendly. Other than that, the hotel is old and need modern updates. I was told they have rooms that were updated and supposedly the room I was given as an upgrade was one of them but nope, that was not it.

The upgraded room AC did not blow out cool air, they had to bring me a fan that was all taped up, it could not oscillate. The TV is only local channels. The coffee maker and the ice bucket was in bathroom. The bed slept really good. However, this upgraded room was much better than the room that was originally given to me was which was horrible. I understand I came in with no room at the time due to a flight date mixup and the staff was really nice enough to provide a room but that room was horrible. There were stains on the floor, the room reeked of mildew, there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room.

The lady at the front said that the room I was given was an older room that they give to overnighters from the airport. I paid $500+ $100 incidental fee for my stay and it was NOT worth it. That is highway robbery. I looked online, the king room I was “upgraded” to was $170 per night. That does not make any sense. This hotel is not work that amount of money a night. Again, the staff is why this review got a three star!

The Bistro in the hotel is not worth the money they charge for the generic food they serve, breakfast and dinner. VERY EXPENSIVE for food my son can conjure up. I did purchase though because it was cheaper than DoorDash. I ordered the wings one night then ended up bringing it back up in the middle of the night. SMH

I can say this, the Bartender, Elsie was amazing. She was funny and very attentive. Elsie and her assistant and the ladies at the front desk saved me from not getting upset about the money I spent there.

It sucks too because they are literally in the parking lot of the train station and the airport, so convenient but horribly overpriced and...

I stay at Best Western a lot and am a member of their rewards program. I mistakenly booked a room here thinking it was one of the other 2 in the area. I deeply regret making this mistake and will be sure never to make it again. When checking in, I asked for an upgrade room, something that is given to rewards members with my status, and the desk clerk actually laughed at me! I've never had that happen before, but then again, I have never stayed at a Best Western as looney as this one. I made it thru the check-in process and began the adventure of trying to find my room. The hotel is split into 2 wings, north and south, with a maze between the that does not have signage indicating room numbers for the different wings or how to get from one wing to the other. I found a maid who took me thru the maze to my wing, pointing me to the opposite end of the hall where my room was. Later, while searching for the only ice machine in the 3 story building, I ran into 3 elderly ladies who were frantically searching for their room, #202. The hallway began with room 204 and had a utility closet next to it. I joined the search, and eventually, we discovered that there is no room 202. They were supposed to be in room 208. I continued searching for the ice machine, found it, and it was broken. I went to the front desk to ask for help and was directed to the restaurant, where the bar maid filled my ice bucket without a word.

This is not the typical Best Western service or facility. I am deeply disappointed with my experience here and regret not double checking to ensure I was at the correct hotel. I was booked to stay here another night when returning from my vacation but have canceled my reservation. I would rather drive all night after a long flight than stay here...
