Arrived at SeaTac around 8:45 and my husband and I were looking for somewhere to eat. Embarque looked great. The menu was exactly the kind of food we were looking for and it said they didn’t close until 10 so we thought it would be perfect. We get to the register & were greeted with a very unwelcoming glance. The cashier turns and asks through the window if the kitchen is open (I’m hoping so considering they don’t close for an hour?) and was told it was. We order our food and mid-sentence she cuts us off and says “to go only” when other people are already occupying tables. Mahilet, the cashier, took care of my note regarding urgency and helped me very swiftly. This was one of the best chicken pesto paninis I ever had. Portion was reasonable for the price. They have a very lovely atmosphere inside the restaurant with vibrant and happy colors and lighting fixtures. The chairs are very comfortable for sitting. The restaurant is sparkling clean.
