My early morning veggie breakfast prayers have been answered! Sophie and Tori were incredibly helpful when i was deciding between the abundance of plant based breakfast options. Vegan burritos, vegan tacos, vegan cream cheese oh my! I settled on the vegan breakfast sandwich with a brown sugar cinnamon oat latte. It is a drive thru joint however as someone who has been in 3rd wave coffee for over 5 years.. that was very well worth the price and arguably one of the tastier beverages ballard can offer. Im sure the omnivores love it too. I dont even have a bike but i might have to get one so i can further support these folks! The good in life can be found in your own back yard sometimes :,) Even the kitty cant tell its not meat!

We love Cycle & Coffee (we still call it PIM though haha)! We used to live across the street, but now that we've moved, we still go out of our way to come here. Friendly staff, delicious coffee (from local Seven Coffee Roasters) & lotus drinks, baked goods/sammies from Alki Bakery (I think), & great bike gear/service. Big bonus that they have a drive through. Lebowski rates them 10/10 (and not just because they have treats).

was refused service (edit: a few weeks ago, not today, as assumed below) for a cantilever brake pad swap about 90 minutes before close under the guise of "having to finish another bike today." A minor inconvenience, but it kinda defeats the purpose of having a trailside shop if your mechanic is turning ride-by customers away while avoiding eye contact. Nice merchandising tho 🤷 Edit 2: I still bought the pads

My wife and I have Gazelle e-bikes purchased at a shop in Oregon. Several Saturdays ago, my rear tire went flat. PIM was the closest shop so I walked in with the bike. Ed at PIM asked if I needed it done at that time. I said Monday would be fine and on Monday I received a call it was done as he said it would be. The following day, I brought my wife's bike in. Her Gazelle has had squeaking front and rear breaks since we purchased the bike a year ago. We had taken it to another local shop for the brakes and they took a shot at fixing this, but it didn't last more than a single ride before the squeak was back. Ben at PIM took care of this as well as another issue we were having with the Gazelle. My wife commutes to work and back with the bike and the squeak has not returned in weeks of rides. Ben and Ed were totally professional, doing what they said they would/could do and having the bike ready at the time they said the work would be completed. Their prices were totally reasonable for the time they put in on both bikes. We highly recommend PIM and now consider ourselves loyal customers based on the quality, value and reliability...

I literally just got home from this place and I couldn't wait to write about how great my experience was! My bike was in need of tires as they were looking rough and not holding air, so I called asking if I would need an appointment and got a friendly response welcoming me to come in at my convenience as a walk in. I enjoyed a drink on their patio area while I waited for the mechanic to return from an errand (they're running on a skeleton crew like a lot of places) and while I didn't catch their names the baristas were both kind and welcoming. Ed the upbeat mechanic was wonderful! He helped me select some new tires and even opted that I get the more affordable pair. On top of that he advised (but didn't pressure) me to get new brake pads soon and then didn't even charge me for labor and the parts were fairly priced. I rode home and the change in comfort and ease of riding was remarkable. Ed you are a peach! I'll definitely be back for brakes and any other...

I have tried almost every coffee place in Fremont in search of the perfect iced mocha. Many are too watery (or 2% milky), some don't mix in the chocolate with the espresso so it all sits at the bottom, some just taste like a cup of sugar, but this coffee shop has the PERFECT iced mocha. The texture is thick and creamy and the chocolate flavor is well-incorporated in every sip, while still allowing the espresso flavor to come through. Also, maybe an unimportant comment, but I love the texture of the ice they use as well. I go here every day that I decide I'm too lazy to make my coffee at home, and I never regret it! It's also of note that this is the best priced iced mocha that I have found in the area. The people who work here are so friendly and love when I bring my dog through the drive through, which also makes my dog happy! I don't usually write reviews but I just really feel like PIM deserves it! Looking forward to many more iced...
