This park is more of an esplanade along the Fremont Canal. It runs through most of Fremont to the underside of the Aurora Bridge, approximately. The Burke Gilman trail runs through the park, that’s what makes this park so cool. You can take the Burke Gilman east to west, you can access the Interurban Trail from here also. If you see new to Seattle the park and the views are a Must see. You will not be disappointed. It’s wheelchair accessible. It’s.an excellent spot for lunch, or meet and have a coffee. Day or night this place is one of my favorites. You can sit on the Canals concrete sides and really actually meditate here. Most people are just walking the esplanade. It’s rare to see someone sitting in the spot that you actually wanted. Great place to be creative and to just appreciate your time in Seattle. Enjoy!!!

There not much Park to speak of, just a sliver of grass next to the waterway with a bike trail running through it. But it is pretty and there are picnic tables to sit on and watch the boats go by. Plus it is less busy than the Burke-Gilman Trail on the other side of the canal. I've also seen people fishing right off the bank but I haven't tried my luck there yet so I don't know if it's a good spot to catch anything.

The canal walk (part of the Burke Gilman mountains to shore Trail) will take you From downtown Fremont to Ballard and beyond to Golden Garden Beach. Only wanting about a 3 mile walk this morning i took it until I reached the Fred Meyer store in Ballard, where my carrot for this walk was the Starbucks store next to Fred Meyer where I picked up coffee for my return trip. The barista was a friendly man who put me in a pleasant .mood for my walk back to Fremont. There is a short detour currently while some construction happens. The detour route is quite narrow and walkers beware of bicyclists who go too fast for conditions making life treacherous for the...

Pretty good place. Had a birthday party here. And the kids seem to have a lot of fun there's a good playground in a nice little swimming area nearby there is a pizza joint that is close that has pretty good pizza overall it's a nice neighborhood all the dogs aren't allowed. And there's a venue that you can rent which is where the birthday party was that's really nice it has a kitchen with the fridge and it also has a little eating area with a bench and a bathroom and...
