This park is more of an esplanade along the Fremont Canal. It runs through most of Fremont to the underside of the Aurora Bridge, approximately. The Burke Gilman trail runs through the park, that’s what makes this park so cool. You can take the Burke Gilman east to west, you can access the Interurban Trail from here also. If you see new to Seattle the park and the views are a Must see. You will not be disappointed. It’s wheelchair accessible. It’s.an excellent spot for lunch, or meet and have a coffee. Day or night this place is one of my favorites. You can sit on the Canals concrete sides and really actually meditate here. Most people are just walking the esplanade. It’s rare to see someone sitting in the spot that you actually wanted. Great place to be creative and to just appreciate your time in...
