This is a completely unique indoor cycling studio, from the method to the space itself.. Peter (the proprietor) has been a professional trainer for a number of years, and is an actual cyclist, a good one at that. Unlike your typical cycling studio leader, he understands the dynamics of cycling, and doesn't recommend movement on the bike that might damage joints. He understands how to warm up, and proper rest between different types of intervals. The bikes are RealRyders, which will actually yaw left and right, engaging your body in a way that's more akin to actual cycling. His "courses" are uniquely drawn on chalkboards, and he leads his classes through them actively. On some nights, he has a live drummer following the music which is rad. I'm a competitive cyclist, but the range of people at his classes run the gambit. Classes are small, no more than 12/13. He also offers suspension body weight training.
