Coming into town for a convention in SeaTac, FUELhouse owner Molly was exceptionally welcoming and to us out-of-towners and made us feel right at home. Brian was a great instructor: knowledgeable, personable, and an excellent demonstrator of kettlebell form. He did a great job leading the class, answering questions, and keeping us on time! The space is both starkly functional (it's in an old warehouse) but also comfortable. The bathrooms are papered with wonderful motivational posters. If you like kettlebells, if you need motivation and companionship, if you want to get strong, this is the kind of place to go. Also they are very accommodating to drop-ins from out of town. A++ !

I first trained with Coah Sokol three years ago when I was making a pit stop in Seattle to visit family for the holidays. This past week, I was able to train with him again, and remembered why I keep coming back. Coach Sokol and the FuelHouse team have rigorous classes, but the way they train and coach is detailed and helpful for those that have minor or major experience with kettlebells. Someone like me with intermediate knowledge on kettlebell techniques am always learning something new in these classes, and ways I can properly use kettlebells without hurting myself. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the PNW. Thanks again coach for the consideration!

This place is a true home away from home. As a community, we don't take ourselves too seriously, but we're serious about strength of body, mind, and support. All of the coaches know their sh*t and offer individual coaching and modifications in challenging group classes (virtually and in-person when available). I do personal training with Brian and he's a gem! He's helped me work through injuries and accomplish new goals - always bringing good vibes. Without this community of awesome and dedicated coaches and members, 2020 would have been a lot harder to get through.

I've been going to FUELHouse for 3 years and it has changed my life for the better in SO MANY unanticipated ways! I had never stepped foot in a gym prior to starting here, and was beyond terrified when I signed up initially. Frankly, it was a last resort upon facing the consequences that transitioning from life on a farm to becoming a desk-person with a full time office job had imparted on my body and my mind.

Now I love the gym and going to class has been the best part of many days, especially this year! Molly and the FUELHouse crew have done a fabulous job rolling with the myriad of punches 2020 has thrown their way, and they are accepting virtual members right now!

If you're like me (shy, camera-avoidant, comfortable in a seated position, etc.), attending virtual Zoom workout classes potentially sounds pretty wretched. However, I can attest that the format has been keeping me accountable and, more importantly, keeping me moving and (relatively) sane during the pandemic. The FUELHouse team is comprised of compassionate, hilarious and all around badass human beings who prioritize connection and their members' well being.

If you've been looking for something to do to stay active and connect with new and awesome people despite being shut in your abode, I cannot recommend booking a free no sweat intro with one of their coaches highly enough!

If you are reading this and NOT locked inside of your home, YAY! I am so glad we made it out of 2020. And you should STILL book an appointment at FUELHouse! It really...

I need to start with the fact that before I became a member at FuelHouse, I was NOT a big gym person. Most of my anti-gym feelings had to do with being intimidated by the equipment, feeling lost in the movements, worrying I was going to hurt myself, and the just people in general. BUT, thankfully a friend introduced me to the coaches and community at FuelHouse and all of those feelings changed completely. The FH Coaches: 100% committed to making sure you are safe, that you are comfortable with the movements and equipment, and that you're pushing yourself to achieve your goals (big or small). The FH Community: emphasis on COMMUNITY. This is a crew of strong, kind, humble humans who support each other not just on workouts, but in life.

Because of FuelHouse, I better understand that getting strong is about so much more than lifting weights - it's about being strong mentally, emotionally, AND physically. This has been abundantly evident during Covid as the Coaches pivoted to bring their programming online/virtual and then picked up the phone and started checking in with everyone. Molly, the owner, schedules virtual coffee talks with the community just to listen and connect. And the community routinely comes together to work hard and then play hard through virtual game nights and happy hours.

Becoming a member at FuelHouse is about more than joining a gym - it's about joining a community of humans who will help you become an all around better version...

I have been a member of FuelHouse since the beginning, over five years now. After moving to Seattle six years ago, I was bouncing around to different fitness studios, trying to find something I liked. I took a group fitness class from Molly, who showed so much care toward me as a human being, attention I had never experienced in the fitness industry before. She was genuine and real and when she said she was opening a gym I decided to give it a try. Before that, I had never invested in a gym membership, not thinking it was worth the time and money, I now realize it is one of the most important investments a person can make.

I know this is cliché to say, but it is true that Fuelhouse is not just a gym, it is a community. Fuelhouse has made Seattle feel like home over these past five years; I have made so many friends and connections it’s hard to keep track. All of the coaches Molly brings to the team have the same care and concern for the members as she does. Even the members themselves are some of the most awesome human beings in this city, if not on the planet. As a woman, it is hard to feel comfortable in a gym setting, but Fuelhouse has members of all shapes and sizes, ages and abilities, and I have never felt less than or better than another member. We are all there as a community working together with the goal of being happier and healthier, and I will always be grateful to the Fuelhouse team for creating such a beautiful fitness...
