One time iconic now a real clip. Having left Seattle some years ago I have wanted to have a burger from this place. It was always cheap hot greasy and good. No longer cheap it's just a greasy and not that good. Come on $12 for two burgers fries and a shake? In and out is far superior and a decent value. The burger patties here were overcooked like leather barely covering two-thirds of the bun. Not even up to McDonald's standard. The shake and 🍟 ok. Just too expensive for what you get. Disappointed will not go back

Love Dick’s Drive In! Their fries are to die for!! A tad expensive but they offer great benefits to their employees so I love supporting that!

Listen, was it the best burger on the planet? That is subjective. Was it something I would recommend while in the area? Yes! This to me is the equivalent of In n Out for Seattle. It's fast, greasy and brings a smile to everyone but my cardiologist. Had the usual Deluxe, fries, chocolate shake. The shake surprised me. Very good. Fries are soft, brown, skin on. Burger is juicy, taste was wonderful. I loved it.

The 30s-40s yr old Italian lady with the black hair made me feel so uncomfortable. Other than saying my total, she didn't speak or have any facial expression.

Me to employee at dicks: "hi, how are you?" employee at dicks stares blankly at me. So I repeat myself,"hi, how are you?" then they stare at me & say nothing.

Like aren't you going to ask me what I want to eat none the less at least ask me how I am doing?

So after a few seconds I stated my order, payed, and said "thank you" but got no response other than a cold sholder.

What Happened dicks Customer Service? Anyone can sell a burger. What I have always liked about dicks after all the decades was the happy go lucky employee's. Now they seem grumpy as if they dont want to even be there. Not cool.

So I said ,"thank you, have a good night," politely & she looked at me like I was an alien from another planet. Might be a while till I come back to this location...

Still, great burgers and fries. Will always return over and over again but next time I'll just order n leave, thats if I come back. Won't ask how they are doing, won't say hi will just order/pay/and leave without looking them in the eyes cuz I know they don't care about customers. They just wanna get...

👍🏻If you like Dick's menu and you want a burger, you won't be disappointed - the food tastes good. 👎🏻Be Advised: you cannot change ONE thing on the menu: Store Policy. The cashier was your typical entitled high school or college student who takes your order while gossiping just to make sure you know this job is SO beneath them. She couldn't have been more blase🙄about informing me that they do not grill onions or put them on burgers - just serve them raw, diced up in a plastic cup & despite having other ice cream flavors, they only have chocolate, vanilla or strawberry milkshakes - explanation: Store Policy. Which makes no sense to me since their shakes are the most bragged about iconic item on the menu - "authentic, real ice cream, homemade, thick and dipped". I figured they made them fresh but when asked why she couldn't just put different flavor scoops in I quickly was reminded of my mistake. Duh, STORE POLICY! (how do you think they keep that impeccable reputation of unbeatable...

Coming from Spokane where we also have a Dick’s burger, I was assuming it would be similar. Totally is not. The burgers come as is, so you can not customize. The burger was good, it had lettuce , tomato, sauce. Which the one in Spokane doesn’t have veggies. And that’s a bonus. Although, we didn’t really care for the sweet relish in the burger, and the tartar and fry sauce tasted different than from home. Not sure if that’s just how the west side makes theirs? The tartar and fry sauce came in prepackaged containers , where as the one in Spokane they makes their own. The fries were good, fries are fries. They weren’t crunchy but they were good. Service was quick and fast and we were there very late at like midnight, there was only a couple other customers there. It’s great that they’re open late. Overall we might give it another try, but...
