I recently spent some time at Ember Hookah Lounge, and overall, it was a pretty good experience, though there are a few things worth noting.
First off, the atmosphere is really nice. The lounge has a laid-back vibe that makes it a great place to relax or even get some work done. The staff were cool and friendly, always ready to assist and make sure everything was okay, which definitely added to the positive experience.
One thing that stood out, though, was the lack of non-alcoholic drink options. While they had a decent selection of alcoholic beverages, the non-alcoholic choices were quite limited. It would have been great to see a more varied menu in this regard, especially for those of us who prefer not to drink alcohol.
Another issue was the condition of some of the furniture. There were noticeable burn marks on several pieces, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance. It's a small detail, but it did make the place feel a bit less well-kept than it could be.
Despite these minor drawbacks, Ember Hookah Lounge is still a solid choice if you're looking for a cool spot to hang out and maybe get some work done. With a bit more attention to their drink menu and some updates to their furniture, it could be...
Read moreMy friends and I stumbled upon this place last night after a silent disco and a little after 1:30 AM. We really wanted hookah so decided to find out if they were still serving since they were close to being closed. We’re a group of 6, dressed pretty formal. We had dinner earlier that night. The security (nice gentlemen) proceeds to check our ID’s then told me he’ll need to find out if they’re still serving hookahs. A woman approaches to let him know they’re no longer serving hookah. Ok, completely understandable since they’re closing soon and our fault for arriving so late. I asked if I can at least use the restroom. The woman mumbled something to him then he turns back to me to say “we don’t have public restrooms”. I immediately turned around and walk out. Really left a nasty taste in my mouth and for this very small encounter, I will not be back. 2 of the guys I were with had on full suits and I was in a long evening gown. Very apparent we weren’t some randoms off the street. Walked over to OHM nightclub (who were also very close to closing) and the bouncer let me in...
Read moreTerrible customer service!! Rude staff the caucasian girl behind the hookah bar was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She should know all the customers aren’t locals! You have people from all over coming to get an experience. So first impressions matter. She took forever to come to our table and wait on us. We had a total of 5 people in our party, But one person wasn’t smoking we were going to order 2 hookahs and some drinks…(you know spend money) She told us that we had to order 3 hookahs since our party had 5 people. only 2 people to a hookah. She stated she doesn’t make the rules she just enforced them. Which makes no sense because even though one person doesn’t smoke she still needed to pay for a hookah. Long story short they lost a sale idk if it was because of our nationality but I definitely wouldn’t recommend!!! We ended up finding a better hookah place that doesn’t make up rules and...
