I recently had the opportunity to explore Beneath the Streets in Seattle with Sara as our guide, and it was an incredible experience. From start to finish, Sara's knowledge and passion for the underground history of Seattle shone through.

The tour began with a brief introduction to the history of Seattle and how the underground tunnels came to be. Sara's storytelling abilities kept us engaged and eager to learn more about the city's hidden past. She expertly weaved historical facts with personal anecdotes, making the tour both educational and entertaining.

As we made our way through the underground tunnels, Sara pointed out various architectural details and shared intriguing stories about the people who once inhabited these spaces. Her attention to detail and ability to paint a vivid picture of the past really brought the history to life.

One of the highlights of the tour was the opportunity to explore a preserved storefront from the early 1900s. Sara's enthusiasm for the artifacts and her ability to connect them to the larger historical context made the experience even more memorable.

Throughout the tour, Sara was approachable and open to answering any questions we had. Her depth of knowledge about the underground tunnels and Seattle's history was impressive, and she eagerly shared her insights with us.

Overall, I highly recommend taking a tour of Beneath the Streets in Seattle with Sara as your guide. Her passion, expertise, and engaging storytelling will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the hidden history of this...

I was not at all familiar with the story of the Great Seattle Fire before taking this tour. We decided to take the tour because it sounded interesting. It was indeed interesting. Our tour guide Mike was awesome. He seemed very knowledgeable about the history of the Pioneer Square area, the fire, and all that went into rebuilding the city and how the "tunnels" were created. He was very enthusiastic, funny, and so friendly.

The tour is about an hour long and involves walking (obviously, lol). There are several stairwells that lead down to the tunnels so it, unfortunately, is not a wheelchair-friendly tour (I believe it states that on their website as well). It is kid-friendly; however, I'm not sure if younger kids would think it's as interesting as I did. My 12 year old son enjoyed it... I think because it was slightly creepy and because he felt like we were breaking rules and going places we shouldn't.

We bought our tickets in person about an hour before our tour time. We happened to be having lunch around the corner and had searched Google for things to do. I don't know if the price is any different when purchasing tickets online vs in person. If you want to buy tickets in person, I recommend checking the schedule online for availability first.

I'm not a history buff or anything, but I still enjoyed the tour. If you're in the area and looking for something to do, I recommend...

If you're planning a trip to Seattle, you MUST book the "Beneath the Streets" tour, and if you're lucky enough, get Dave as your guide. I had the incredible opportunity of being the sole participant on an early morning tour, which I booked last minute. And let me tell you, it was nothing short of spectacular!

Dave isn’t just a guide; he’s a storyteller. It's evident from the get-go that this tour isn’t a scripted monologue but a passionate retelling of Seattle's fascinating underground history. With a mix of genuine enthusiasm and perfectly timed humor, Dave kept me engrossed throughout our journey below the city streets. His jokes had me laughing, and the breadth of his knowledge left no question unanswered.

One thing that truly stood out was Dave's evident love for the city. You can feel his pride in every story he shares, every corner he points out. It's contagious! Though, I must point out (with a playful nudge) that he's a Seahawks fan – and while I believe the Chiefs are superior, his unwavering dedication to his city and team only added to his charm.

In conclusion, "Beneath the Streets" isn't just a tour; it's an experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone reading this. Dive deep into the bowels of Seattle's history and come out with a newfound appreciation for this amazing city. Cheers to Dave and the unforgettable...
