Relaxed, cafe style, dining room with comfortable seats and friendly, quick service. The menu offers typical Thai cuisine, with your choice of protein and spice heat level. (1 star is still pretty spicy) We shared the soft shell crab special for a starter. It was cut in half for us, then lightly dusted and fried to perfection. We also shared the mango salad (⭐) which was fresh, tangy, with a hint of sweet and spice. I ordered the yellow curry seafood combo (⭐) plenty of scallops, squid, prawn, salmon, and clams sauted with red peppers, celery, onion, and peas then tossed with creamy, lick-your-plate yellow curry sauce and a side of steamed rice. SO GOOD He ordered the pineapple curry with prawn (⭐⭐⭐) That's way over my taste bud's heat limit. Must've been tasty because he ate everything on his plate. (except the pineapple chunks) His only comment was the curry gave the pineapple a metallic taste.

I really don't know what I'm doing wrong at this place. I have not found more underwhelming Thai food in Seattle. Flavor is always flat and food is never more than just north of eatible. I after having two attempts of bad Pad Thai, I thought maybe it wasn't their thing. So crab wontons and yellow curry fried rice. The crab wontons literally had 99.99% cream cheese, I could not detect any crab at all. The fried rice was soggy and didn't have any of the 5* spice requested. When I asked for hot pepper sauce, they brought out red pepper flakes like I was having a pizza(after waiting for 7 minutes not touching my food in a completely empty room). So bizzar.

I ordered the Tom Kha with chicken and level 4 spice, and some mango with sticky rice. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, quick with getting the food out, and it is very clean inside. The Tom Kha is my go-to at any Thai place and I have to say this one has been my favorite so far! Delightfully tangy, sour, and creamy with a hint of spice. Full of flavor and served piping hot. The mango sticky rice was SO good! I was worried there wasn't enough condensed milk, but the mango was perfectly ripe and sweet, and the rice was fresh and hot. Definitely will come back if I'm in the area again!

As a Magnolia neighborhood Realtor and homeowner, people often ask me for my restuarant reccomendations. that's easy -- for casual dining, Kinnaree Thai in Magnolia Village is just about as good as it gets. I recently had lunch their with a foodie friend and we ordered the TOM KHA. Hot and sour soup with coconut milk, lemon grass, chili shrimp paste, lime leaves, mushrooms, galangal, and cilantro. What a perfect balance of fresh flavors! The red RED RED CURRY was creamy had generous amounts of chicken. For two hungry people it was too much food. We found it shocking we were the only ones there during lunch, so seating and service wasn't a problem, we could linger and catch up without guilt, but I have no doubt they have a brisk...

Gosh they have great reviews? I ordered $200 in food here for us to go & every single thing we ordered was the worst thai tasting food we ever had including the appetizer and we eat thai food every week or two but this is the worst tasting food ever. Of course we all immediately got diarrhea too, maybe it was old food, so we threw it out. When we came we also requested to buy $100 gift certificate for our small business client a d they stated they no longer sell gift certificates. The customer service was 5 stars and super nice bit does not make up for 8 different separate orders to all taste so terrible, never had bad thai food in my whole life, this was our first bad experience with thai food ever. Again customer service...
