I came back to this McDonald’s location 2times this morning and ordered the usual two oatmeal’s two coffee ☕️ and I don’t understand it’s plain and simple just add water and follow the line on the cup but they make life so completely I call the manager spoke with Kevin on the phone he told me sure come down and he will fix it the order that was messed up first time and it was too watery oatmeal‘s and two small coffees and I asked for cream and sugar on the side and they decided to put 10 creams and 10 sugars inside each cup and when I got to the Drive through to speak to him after I just spoke to him on the phone he told me there is completely nothing that he could do about it and take my business elsewhere and made me pay for it a second time why am I to autism kids we’re pulling tantrums and if anybody knows about autism kids when you ordered them food it Hass to be correct if not they will make a tantrum and a scene about it I didn’t choose for them to be like this it’s just a disorder And the manager told me to go home and buy oatmeal if they’re going to throw a tantrum like that but like I said first time they have autism even if I go home and make it they don’t want that they want the oatmeal and the yellow cup from McDonald’s so with that being said just letting everybody know make sure the lady that’s working in the first window gives you a receipt because she did not give me a receipt and they claimed they couldn’t find my order which was only 45 minutes ago and they have cameras but I really didn’t think they had to do all of that all he had to do was fix the order I did not want my money back I just wanted to please my kids in the morning it’s not like we ordered big breakfasts and sausage McMuffin‘s it was a six dollar order that’s all it was it’s not about the money I showed him I paid a second time and and now they make it with no water at all and no butter no spoons no cream and sugar for the coffee on the side or any butter and cream sugar for the oatmeal so basically it’s just dry plain oatmeal know and that’s what I paid a second time to get my order worsted then the first time .....but yeah I guess everybody give Kevin five stars for being a lazy manger thanks McDonald’s for wasting my time...
Read moreSo I deliver for doordash on an electric scooter. It's the stand on kind, not a bigger sit down one. Anyway, I've been picking up orders from your location for over 18 months and each time bringing in my scooter so it doesn't get stolen. I bring it in the entrance on 25th, go right to the side by the garbage and put it out of the way of everyone else. I've even had some employees compliment me on my scooter and being respectful of others with it. Well tonight I went in to grab an order and some lady, who I guess was having a bad night, told me I had to leave it outside, and I explained to her than I'm doordash and I'm just doing it quickly to grab the order and I've been bringing it in for 18+ months. I even bring it in sometimes when I want to eat and I'll tuck it in next to my table. It's a $3000 scooter, and I'm not leaving it outside. She told me I could get the order if it was ready, but if it wasn't then I'd have to go outside and wait, and I politely told her that wasn't happening. I'm not hurting anyone and I'm out of the way. She grabbed my order, didn't say a word to me, and handed it to me. I told her I'll be contacting corporate about it, and she said "we're franchise, not corporate." So I told her ok, I'll contact the franchise owner, and she said, please do.
This review is how I know to do that. I'm going to see if I get a response here, and if I don't, I'll look for the owner's contact. I'm also going to contact doordash. I've been told by them and uber eats that there is an agreement in the store contract to help facilitate the deliveries as best as you can, and that's including making it convenient to pick up. EVERY other store lets me take my scooter in, including the tiny ones. There is no reason I shouldn't be able to bring it in if I'm being careful and it's out of the way.
Let me know what you say to this. And if you agree with me, please be sure that grumpy manager is informed so I don't get yelled at again. (She didn't really yell at me, but I use the term yell as in her being...
Read moreI have twice had an encounter in the drive-thru with the same female employee. I've learned the hard way to check my order before I leave because I oftentimes find out that they did not include the dipping sauce for the Happy Meal or the straws for the kids' drinks.
In order to get the sauces, I had to empty all of the bags for the lady. I'd checked the bags prior to asking for the sauces, but I accommodated her request. She begrudgingly gave me sauces and slammed her window.
Next incident, no straws. She came back to the window when she discovered that I hadn't driven away, opened the window and asked, "What do you need?" I said I didn't have any straws. She said, "In the bag" and slammed the window. I yelled, "Are you kidding me??!!" She opened up the window and I said, "I want a manager." The manager stood in a way so as to hide his name tag, said only, "Sorry, I'll talk to her." and then the window was again shut. All the while, the employee was behind him, yelling at me in Spanish.
I clearly paid for the items that should have been in the bag. Why do they insist on making me feel like a thief and a burden? What makes me even more angry is that they acted that way in front of my children. I've boycotted the University location and have told my coworkers at the medical center about my multiple horrible...
