New Teriyaki & Wok — Restaurant in Seattle

There special that they only serve on a Thursday was the sweet and sour chicken so that’s what I order, using the online app Eat23 for a pick up order. I received a text @7:13 that they would need more than 20 mins to prepare my orders (1plate and a side) because they are busy. I got there to an empty restaurant, the lady was rude to me because I wanted to buy a drink but didn’t have cash for it, than we get home expecting to open my plate up to sweet and sour chicken but it was bbq chicken with sweet and sour sauce to just pour over it, the chicken was so burnt! My daughter gaged. Definitely had better sweet and sour chicken from other Teriyaki spots and I’m definitely not satisfied with...

Buyer beware. Excellent food, I had four different entrees on two occasions and everything prepared well and delicious. I'd give them a four or five star for the food quality, however... Be prepared to add about 4 dollars per entree...as their menu prices do not match what they charge you at pick up. No apologies. They simply said they did not control the online menu...quite a load of bull. Then to top it off, I ordered a three meat special...which was more expensive and they gave me beef. I love this place. They have consistently good teriyaki. I either get the beef or chicken teriyaki with extra meat. It’s always tasty and there have been no quality issues in the 9 years I have been ordering from here. I have an issue with other teriyaki places using fatty poor quality meat so this is my go to place in West Seattle. This place uses quality meat and not a bunch of fat on the beef.
