Good experience today- 11:00 on a Saturday (except for the customer who couldn’t seem to get over herself when we grabbed her coffee cup mistakingly. You say you’re genuinely sorry and try to be friendly and get nothing but Seattle freeze🤦🏼‍♀️.) The staff were welcoming, fast, efficient, very polite, customer oriented, friendly towards me and my friend, put up with me ordering the wrong bagel, then grabbing the wrong cup, asking for a knife to butter the bagel when it was right in front of me. They forgot I needed butter with my correct bagel, but hey, they were busy, and I’ll take a friendly experience over being too critical. Ditsy moments for me, but my experience here this time around, after a year or more hiatus was much better. Music wasn’t too loud, lots of nice space and a bar with morning sunshine, clean tables outside.

Wouldn't give me my receipt: ironically lying about, "we don't have any pen you can use." I was ready for racism; mostly from Occultists refusing to lose. I let my therapist know: if anything happens to me, you need to create a, "Tiffany's Law....." I'm tired of Occultists and rich business owners trafficking victims; mostly, of Christians that have the Holy Spirit living, "in them," like He does me.....

Nice inside, but I don't think you could call this coffee when it tastes like over sweetened chemicals. I regret ordering this. -- literally just a caramel frappe, but it's awful... mcdonalds frappe tastes better, and that's sad. I keep taking sips, hoping it's better, but it doesn't get better. This further locked in how much I dislike starbucks; go to a coffee stand instead, if possible.

I have been drinking the same drink for over a year. It is different. It typically puzzles baristas, at times. A good barista gets it. Either way, I have never had a problem or denied the drink for any reason. The baristas just figure it out and keep an open mind. It's not rocket science.

I ordered my drink as usual, a Steamed Cold Brew. Yes. It's cold brew. Steamed. SImple. You steam the cold brew. Which is not the same as brewed drip coffee.

The gentleman who I ordered the drink through immediately shut me down, almost defensive. "We don't do that" - Every Starbucks I've ever been to over the year has done it. After a brief debate, he said he'd do it this once.

After paying, he wasn't done. He then proceeded to hold up the line to lecture me about ordering these types of drinks and telling me how he's the manager and makes the calls. Mentioned that he has to investigate Starbucks regulations on this due to Sanitary reasons. You steam milk, your equipment is exposed to coffee/espresso and all you have left is water.

This is pretty ridiculous. Every coffee shop I have ever been to has never denied me the drink nor lectured me on what I am ordering or making me feel like it's a dumb request. My advice to the manager, swallow your ego, listen to your customers with an open mind. 1 star for this manager...

Amazing customer service at this location. I had a minor life dilemma and was short a few bucks to board the ferry so I can get to my parent's new house for Xmas. I entered the Starbucks on the corner of Fauntleroy and California with a five dollar gift card I received as a stocking stuffer and promptly asked the cashier "Josh" about the gift card to cash policy. He was informative and quick with the information... Unfortunately the policy wasn't to my favor and after hearing my situation Josh offered to help me further by graciously giving me the $2.00 I was short. He went above and beyond and I'll be frequenting this location from here on out and you better believe I'll be telling all my friends and family the great customer experience I had here. Thanks again, Josh. Happy,...
