Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Seattle

The first issue I had with this location was on November 10th order number. When I got the order home the pizza was not cut, nor were the brownies. They put bacon on my pizza which I couldn't eat because I don't eat pork, the cheese sticks were burnt and I was not able to eat. I tried to call but the phone kept ringing, so I emailed the main website complaint form link that is on their web page. I never heard back, so a week later I called the location. The person on the phone talked over me, and the gave me to a manager that yelled at me for not calling sooner, and said I was a lying that I never emailed and that I waited to long, he said he would give me a refund on hung up on me. I still have not gotten the refund. I ordered again 11/ 21. The pizza was over cooked and so were the cheese sticks. They were both so burnt and stale I could break it in half like cardboard. The pizza also had a hair baked into it as well. I called and called the night and no one answered. I called the main corp. line and was told someone from that store would call me, and no one did. It is days later and I am out almost 40 dollars on food that I could not eat, and have not been able to contact to get money back. I ordered a large custom white sauce garlic cheese stuffed pizza and cinnamon pull-apart bread, the food was delicious and exactly what I ordered, so no problem there.

However, I had selected car-side carryout since the store is out of my way getting home and I thought it would be a little more convenient. I had to park across the single lane residential street in a 30 minute load/unload, within unobstructed view of the store.

The tracker said my order was ready before I got there, and I used the "I'm here" thing and sat for five minutes before an employee poked their head out of the door. They made eye contact with me twice, and then went back inside. I sat for another five minutes (not sure if the tracker was just ahead of the order) before I just turned off my car and went inside to get it and walked out with it immediately.

My car is a bright red Ford, just like I marked on the order, and the confirmation says that if parking isn't available in front of the store to park within view and stay in the car. If employees won't or can't do car-side carryout,...

The first time my family orederd from this location, not only was our order wrong, it was also undercooked. I called and spoke with a manager and was given a refund by an employee that was super kind. Tonight I tried to order online and was unable to complete my order due to technical issues. So I called the store. The employee ( I think his name was Mitchell) told me "no." I could not call to order. "Online only.'' This was as after I had explained that I tried to order online and was unable to do so. I explained my situation again and he started taking my order, then interrupts me and says I need to call back in 10 minutes because he is too busy? Like wth? Just put me on hold or don't pick up until you can take my order. The only reason I bothered to order from here at all are the coupons in the mail.
