Quere Tacos y Carnitas — Restaurant in Seattle

I live just a few blocks away from them, and they're probably the best local taco truck around the neighborhood. I watched them set up this shop back in 2023, and I thought it was a temporary pop-up thing, but now I come here fairly often. It gets busy on weekdays during lunch hours, but not too crazy though. Generous portion and priced great too. Very friendly staff as well! Only suggestion is I hope they can serve local/hand made chips (or similar) soon, would be a perfect combo, but beyond that, highly recommend if you want something authentic...

SO good. Had 3 tacos - carnitas, pollo y asada. Closest to the best tacos I’ve had. It’s a food truck next to a gas station so a bit awkward but they have a covered seating area to their credit. Taco Tuesday so 3 types are only $2. The asada was $4 but...
