Rain City Hot Dogs & Burgers — Restaurant in Seattle

The food was great, but the service was terrible, the guy was extremely rude. I ordered my food and waited at the pick up window, this guy gave me the hot dog and was going to prepare my cheeseburger, and asked me if I wanted the drinks (A coke and a dr pepper) now or by the time the cheeseburger was ready, I said: “ I can have it now “, he gave me the coke and went to prepare the cheeseburger, and then I said: “I can also have the Dr Pepper “, he didn’t answered or said anything, and then I said: “Excuse me?”, Because I thought he didn’t hear me, and he said: “Hey, I’m busy now “ and brought the Dr Pepper right away. I got really confused after that attitude, I went to eat my food and said: “ This place is not gonna have my money again”, apparently he heard and got mad at me and never called me again to give me the cheeseburger, after awhile, I needed to ask him about my order, and he said: “I already called you twice about 10 minutes ago “, I said: “How did you called me twice, and I didn’t hear you if I was here all the time?”, and he just repeated it again. After that I decided to argue with that guy, got that cheeseburger and threw it away. For some reason that guy decided to treat me like that after giving him 20% tip, I regretted so bad of tipping that guy, and learned one thing, NEVER TIP BEFORE YOU GET SERVED, you will regret if something like that happen. It’s not that I did not enjoy my meal. The wait time was average. The problem here is that the black beans on the black bean burger have been over charred. I don’t want to Taylor’s burned food. Black bean burgers are supposed to be fully cooked with a HINT OF CHAR for FLAVOR not as a seasoning.

My patty was 70% charred. I’ve been to Microsoft. They offer more of a fully packed black bean burger for 7.50. I expect this black bean burger to have just as much dedication and effort put into it.

This is basically cancer you are adding to your meal. Minimalize the damage please.

It's Outside of Lowe's. That says all you need to know of the atmosphere. Always excellent when I have gone. Be it known the fries are extra greasy and seap through the bag. I set mine on something to keep it from getting on my car seats when I take it away. There is a picnic table or 2 but at least one, next to it, I never pay attention since i just take it to go. It is a little food trailera and it's delicious. I get the Seattle dog and the bacon cheese burger. The fries are crinkle currently. Idk if they ever change them but haven't in the 2ish years I've...
