Artspace Mt. Baker Lofts — Attraction in Seattle

I have lived with several managers, ranging from the good to the bad and the ugly. Over the years, management was mediocre and often bad and ugly.

The building was often dirty, and the last few years were very dangerous; the years before Teddra arrived were awful.

Teddra has wholly turned the building around by 180 degrees. This is not an exaggeration. I feel safe. The rules are enforced, the building is spotless, packages are no longer stolen, and maintenance requests are often serviced the same day they are made.

Teddra has brought the community together in many creative ways, significantly enhancing life at ArtSpace, Mt Baker.
