This is what a "boulevard" should be. Wide with lots of green space for pedestrians and in this case, dog lovers as well. Mt. Baker Boulevard is winding and relaxing, though it's not very long. i definitely enjoyed passing by and running along the boulevard. Franklin High at the west end of the boulevard looks so...
