Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Seattle

Me & my bf went to QFC to grabbed a sandwich from the Deli section and used our Starbucks coupon to get a drinks. We ordered 3 Drinks and 2 Iced Lemon Loaf & asked the Cashier if we can used the coupon for 2 drinks & he asked the other Asian Lady there & she was so rude to us, her voice & her expressions was like “NO, we don’t accept that anymore, we stop using that” and we totally understand but when we asked the cashier if they can warm it up the loaf since every Starbucks we go they warm it up and again he asked the Asian lady and she was starting to be RUDE again lol She was just so funny coz she could have been explaining to us properly but Instead she looks like about to cry 😅 But anyways, BAD SERVICE, NO WORK ETHICS and the employees needs more training. The lady serving the customers today morning around 7:30 am was only prioritizing "Mobile only orders". I was 4th in line. Waited 45 mins and didn't get anything. I saw 3 customers leaving ahead of me. When I was first in line, waited 15 mins more and the server kept prioritizing mobile orders. I guess that's how their performance is tracked online. Should have been decent enough to at least let customers in line know that they don't want to serve customers in line. Total...

The worst parking spot. ever. Very, very stressful just for a quick coffee. Entry/exit not marked... confusing, people walking around in all directions , traffic, ignorant people confusing parking even more. The drive-thru is non-existent, but appears as if there's one.
