I ordered off the app, because I wanted the 2× points and the technology does not exist to order at the counter and get the points.
While I was sitting inside poking my way through the app, a gentleman came in with a coupon, I think for a free Subway sandwich.
Apparently this location does not possess the technology to make that a possibility, because after a brief exchange at the counter the man turned and walked out the door with his coupon.
I asked about using their Wi-Fi, and the employee told that he did not know the password.
I found that a bit odd because earlier the employee was telling somebody about how he works a 12-hour shift.
How can somebody work a 12-hour shift and not know the password to the Wi-Fi? Why not post a QR code for the Wi-Fi password?
